Cascade Land Conservancy (CLC) is interested in exploring the purchase of some of or all of the land owned by Michael L. Darland and Louis Leclezio (the landowners) (Red emphasis added) that is located within the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District (SPUD) and straddles Gold Creek near Hyak in Kittitas County. This Memorandum Agreement, signed by CLC and the landowners indicates a mutual willingness to take the steps necessary to enter into negotiations to enable CLC to acquire some or all of the landowners land.
