best. It was surprising to learn that you have cancer. We hope that your surgery is successful and that you fully recover. All parties should be accurately informed regarding ownership of the 76.8 acres on Snoqualmie Pass. You sold, in its entirety that land to Myrna and to me. The clear and insured title to the property, which is in Myrnas and my name, makes clear our complete ownership, as was intended by you when you sold it to us. You do have a contingent interest in 26 specific acres of that property as defined in certain agreements Please re-read the terms of those agreements between you and me related to your sale of the entire property to us. These agreements set forth certain services and accesses that you agreed to deliver in the sale. Delivery must be by you and/or by the Snoqualmie Public Utilities District (SPUD) as you represented that they would be when you sold the land to us. Your commitments are clearly set forth in the agreements. Chief among them is the delivery of water and sewer services to the boundary of the property. You and the SPUD should be in the process of fulfilling those objectives in keeping with the agreements. You and/or the SPUD must successfully achieve those objectives in order for your contingent interest to be converted into a Quitclaim deed for 26 specific acres of the property. It is premature for me to entertain any thought of your monetary interest in land that is owned in its entirety by us until you comply with the terms of our agreements. Until then, you have no monetary interest. I could not be completely certain that you and/or SPUD can or will accomplish the objectives promised me when you sold me the land, and that is why your interest in our land is contingent. Michael L. Darland conveniently ignores his agreement to record the Quit Claim Deed in my name if I agree to sign the Settlement Agreement with SPUD. Darland

had agreed that upon his acceptance of that Settlement Agreement by him, I would have fulfilled ALL my obligations towards him!
