    I am aware that in the past you have forwarded mail that I addressed to youto Mike while acting as the common attorney for Mike Darland and me. I do not need to remind you that since I introduced Mike Darland to you, I have worked assiduously with you to defend our interest in our Snoqualmie property. Indeed I have followed your oral and written counsel in reaching certain crucial decisions for protecting and defending our common interest. I would appreciate the courtesy of a long overdue update from you regarding our undertakings under the Settlement Agreement you prepared on our behalf. I regret that cancer surgery, chemo therapy treatment and heart problems have not allowed me to be as actively by your side as I have been in the past.
