I met Mr .Gurmukh Singh (35 years 9818009350) @ Spencers retail store in SouthEx Delhi.

He is a profound lover of cheese and uses frequently. However he is not very choosy about the different variants of cheese .If the slices are not available he can go for the pizza cheese for the sandwiches. He refrains to use the flavoured cheese as he considers it unnatural in nature. He prefers ten slices cheese and has been a loyal customer of Mother Dairy product because of his taste developed for Mother dairy Ice-Creams. He has tried Britannia products but he finds it little costly. Price is one of the most driving factors for purchase. He is very finicky about the low fat product. Says that the taste is not good and its very different .He doesnt find it palatable. Mrs. Anubha Singh (Age 29 ,9953474555) : She is the marketing manager working in Delhi NCR. Though she is very much aware of fitness ,due to shortage of time she has to use these in the fast food items prepared @ home. She is accustomed to the taste and says that if i dont put a cheese slice in my veg-burger , i keep feeling something is missing .She uses only slices .She keeps swapping between Amul and Britannia .She has tried Slimz and is not a very big fan of low fat products . She says she will rather workout but eat a tastier product that spoil the taste because of low fat. Mr . Rakesh Malhotra : Age 25 Years. A junior athlete during his school days , he is lean thin and lanky. He joined gym recently and have been consuming a lot of dairy product these days to gain weight. For him price is the most sensitive factor and prefers mother dairy in the branded segment as it is cheapest of the lot. He says that availability is not an issue as mother dairy booth is right next n it is cheapest so prefers. He finds 10 slices pack the best as he can be free for the weekdays. Gourankit Goswami: Works for Capegemini,Gurgaon . Stays in malviya nagar. Not a very frequent user of dairy product. He was shocked to know that Britannia is Dairy segment, he says that i dont remember any advertisement of Britannia .Recited the advertisement of Amul Dahi Asli Dahi matlab Amul Dahi Ye bhi koi poochne ki baat hai .The recently launched campaign of Amul Dahi. He consumes cheese very less. Britannia dairy product is less known among low consuming customers according to him.
