A non-profit community benefit organization in Fresno has an immediate opening for a part-time (32-40 hours/week) Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Director and lead the Family Selection Process (including escrow) with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Duties include maintaining schedules, providing phone/email support, correspondence, research and analysis for assigned projects, taking meeting notes, compiling information to prepare reports/presentations, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. This position is also responsible for managing the entire Family Selection Process and leading the Family Selection Committee. This includes providing application support, answering inquiries, managing the escrow process, and overseeing the policies and procedures. The Administrative Assistant will also provide the E.D. with general HR support including new hire orientations, maintaining personnel records, IIPP documentation, and conducting office safety training. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 3 years executive administrative experience. Advanced course work from an accredited two or four year college or vocational school training in related field preferred. Must have experience with escrow, demonstrated leadership skills, strong organizational skills, exceptional analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadline pressure. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required. Position offers competitive salary based on experience plus excellent benefits package.
