    REQUEST REGARDING

    I, R.K. HARIDAS R/o plot#36, Ashray brindavan layout, R.T.Nagar, Bangalore. I am the
    owner of the vehicle registration bearing no: KA-02-Y-7886 motor cycle, the same
    vehicle issued to NOC to RRDIST, but due to uncertainty of my job I could not take the
    vehicle to Hyderabad and the vehicle was lying idle here in Bangalore. As the vehicle is
    jammed, on account of not using, I wish to dispose off the same as such kindly cancel the
    noc and oblige. Kindly issue me non utilization certificate of NOC. So kindly do the
    needful.
