Real life example


A small electrical fire at Elko Summit Drive smouldered around three homes, where people were then evacuated after the residents had noticed heat escaping from the walls and ceilings, when the fire and rescue team arrived; they had ripped out the ceiling and noticed that the insulation was on fire caused by faulty wiring. It was reported to have taken around 10 gallons of water to put the fire on the insulation out. The electric supply had to be cut for the houses until the faulty wires were corrected and safely secured.
