How sport event hazards are ha be caused?

Here are a few; - Crowded stadiums/areas - Fires to the sporting facilities What is the best way to deal with Sport injuries? The best way for the Fire Service to help deal with sporting events is to support the Police by controlling the crowds and the use of the equipment they have to put out fires or to organise spectators exits safely.

How can Sporting event hazards be prevented in the future?


These hazards can be prevented by only allowing the correct amount of people into the stadium with a little time period between people going in to prevent a lot of people getting caught up together.

Real life example:


Saturday 11th March 1985, at 3:40, five minutes from half time with the score at 0-0, a small fire was noticed by the stewards, fire equipment was requested bu tht fire became to big and began to spread, spectators were being evacuated and the fire service was instantly called, the fire fighters was able to stop the fire at 20:06pm, in total, 56 people died and 200 were sent to hospital, 85 fire fighters has helped with the fire, 3 of which were sent to hospital due to injury.
