INGREDIENTS Maida Curd Oil Salt 250 gms 50 gms to deep fry to taste MET+2D: v Mix Maida with curd and make into smooth dough. v Cover and leave it for 2 hours, make this into smooth round even sized balls. v 8VLQJ D UROOHU pDWWHQ WKH EDOOV RQH E\ RQH WR PDNH LW URXQG DQG pDW RI medium thickness. v Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully and then remove it from the frying pan. v Side dish Channa Masala(Chole)

MET+2D: v 6RDN &KDQQD 'DO IRU  KRXUV DQG VWHDP LQ D 3UHVVXUH &RRNHU XQWLO LW LV overcooked. v Grind a Tomato, Onion, Few Coriander leaves, Cumin seeds. v Heat 2 spoons of Oil and add a cup of Chopped Onions and the ground mixtures. v Add Salt and Black salt to taste; Red Chilli powder and the steamed Channa and fry until everything mixes well. v Add a Garam Masala, Chana masala powder and a bunch of fresh Coriander leaves. v Place a piece of lime with it while serving.
