Current Responsibilities
Tom Poser serves Jones Lang LaSalle in Northern California as a Leasing Director representing office tenants.
Mr. Poser is a native of the Bay Area and specializes in working with companies of all sizes by advising and
representing them regarding acquiring new space, negotiating renewals and writing purchase and sale
agreements. Tom is one of the very few LEED accredited agents working in the San Francisco and Marin
markets.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Poser was a Vice President with Commercial Realty Advisors,
Inc. in San Diego where he represented both tenants and landlords. Part of a 35 person firm, he was
second overall in total transactions, helping locate space or purchase buildings for retail, office, and
industrial clients across the County.

Education, Affiliations and Honors

Mr. Poser earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Santa Barbara after spending
his childhood in the Bay Area. While pursuing professional basketball overseas after college, he founded
“Spacial Expansion”, an entity that helped kids leverage their basketball skills to gain benefit off the
court. He is currently the creator and director of “The Jerry Mac Fund”, a non-profit dedicated to
honoring a lost friend. Tom, his wife, and their young son currently live in Marin County.
