Abstrak 1 special media is the medium used to grow a particular microbe, for example: TSIA, vja, VPT, EMBA,

and ssa. This lab aims to study the function of a special media that can be used to select and differentiate microorganisms. This lab uses TSIA media, ssa, vja, VPT, and the EMBA as well as bacteria E. coli, s.aureus, p.aerogenosa, and shigella. resulting growth of bacteria on each media and anyone that spreads evenly.

Abstrak 2 microbes / bacteria can produce extracellular enzymes through several processes, such as starch hydrolysis, milk, and fat. Lab tests the ability to produce extracellular enzymes aims to study the ability of microbes to excrete hydrolytic enzymes capable of degrading extracellular polysaccharides, lipids, and proteins. This lab uses the media to milk and starch, and shigella bacteria s.aureus and by incubation for 24 hours at 37. the resulting bacterial growth media invisible clear zone.
