Moral Issues: -Right to Privacy.

-Violation of Company Rules

Deontological: -Not to extract and get information since company has some certain rules to follow.

-Since the "bought" company has certain rules regarding their privacy about their informations,

-Employees should have followed what is morally right, to keep information safe and private and abide by the company rules.

Utilitarianism -Should extract information for the sake and benefit of the "parent" company.

-Goals: They just have to do what may satisfy and fullfill the needs of the company.

-In my point of view with this scenario, I may consider it as a morally acceptable one.
