Vernon Pearson, referred to as (the One), Affiant, a sentient live being, a third-party intervener, occupant of the general executor office and the beneficiary of the legal estate of VERNON PEARSON, estate, a.k.a. the Legal person known as VERNON PEARSON, The allege defendant, moving sui juris on the land. One is not a public servant and any claim to the contrary must be provided by payroll records and my allege public servant title, sworn under penalty of perjury and full commercial liability. One does not operate a for profit business using the highways, roads or streets for any city, county and/or State of Florida using a commercial motor vehicle. One claims his Natural law rights at all times One dose not consent to this unlawful proceeding and One waves the compelled benefit. One does not surrender any natural law rights in these proceedings. One does not plead to the courts of contract. One does not legally represent any fictitious entity in this case. One is not legally responsible or legally accountable for any fictitious entity in this case. One is not a U.S. Citizen under the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the united States of America.

If not rebutted within 10 DAYS by lawful evidence to the contrary, this affidavit is at law evidence that the court has not joined the true party of interest and a default exists. Failure to present evidence to the contrary of the Affiants testimony, will be evidence that all parties stipulate to the facts herein as true, correct and complete. Wherefore the court should dismiss the case sua sponte for failure to join an indispensable party as such relieves the court of jurisdiction over the parties. Aggrieved Defendant objects to the martial law war powers summary judgment of this court and lack of due process and I reserve all my rights under the common law and do not voluntarily waive any rights. Let it be known that each and every person, citizen, man or woman who detains me or detains any member of my family or attempts to establish jurisdiction over any of us, without my or our expressed written consent is in violation of my or our Rights or the people's Rights.
