1. Nokia Siemens Networks PVT LTD (On Bonsai pay roll-18-07-2011-till date) Platform: CDMA RAN and IP transmission TAC support (Motorola-NSN) UTRAN-(Huawei) Location- Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Profile: Customer network resolution center engineer. ICNRC L2 support for Motorola Equipments BSC, BTS and Cisco transmission nodes. Configuring and implementing new circuits and maintaining it. Coordinating with customers and development team for emergency fault rectification. Customer service requests handling and periodical interaction with them. Maintaining and updating customer data base and trouble ticket information. Investigate and research customer queries and provide technical solution. Implementation & Maintenance of Alcatel NMS -1353NM & 1354RM Planning and implementation of Backbone BW upgrade with the coordination of LDCC engineers. Analysis of Back bone and access Band Width utilization and carry out upgrade plans accordingly Installation, Commissioning & software upgrade of Alcatel SDH higher order Cross connect Equipments like 1660SM/1662SMC. RM takeover for the entire NEs in Cochin cluster. Bandwidth provisioning with reliable protection through Alcatel RM&NM at data rates of E1, DS-3 STM-1 . Periodic Protection checking Configuration of Ethernet services over SDH network. Band width Provisioning for POI E1s both private POI E1s & BSNL POIs and coordination with the operators for testing & AT Defining SNCP, MSP, Protection in Backbone and Access Network. Inter CBSC and inter OMCR re-parenting of sites. Optimization in BSC nodes. Event log collection and verification. Carry out regular PM for all BSS NEs in network.

Parameter modification incase of new requirement. Neighbor addition of new sites and tuning of neighbor list as per RF requirement. Creation of KCI report on monthly basis and escalate it to management incase of capacity issues. Carrier up gradation and second span provisioning as per requirement. Taking regular backup of BSC and all nodes including MGX,MLS and other DCN Nodes Operation and Maintenance of BTS. Planning and upgrade of data and PDSN bandwidth. Monitor BSS alarms and rectify it as soon as possible Creation of daily RAN reports for all the BSCs and verify the KPI of network. Alarm configuration of all the sites in BSC and coordinating with fault monitoring team.

Testing Conducting innovative testing like Ethernet services &Alarm extension in alcatel SDH equipments according to the requirement. Knowledge in Actrena bert tester and E1 tester. Familiar with SDH analyzer Conduct testing on network to trace out errors.

Networking- Carry out and rectified faults in DCN network of telecom operators including Cisco nodes.
