IBPS Exam A Common Written Exams for Selection of Clerks, PO and Specialist Officers conducted by the IBPS organization is named as IBPS-CWE. This institute got its present name in the year 1984 after its extension to the non-banking sectors also, earlier it was named as PSS (Personnel Selection Services), as a unit of NIBM (National Institute of Bank Management). The objective of NIBM to introduce PSS is to build up an unbiased system for recruitment, advertising and employment services. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection introduces this Common exam to simplify the lengthier staffing process of individual banks. This exam is conducted twice a year. The scorecard is given to students after the exam, which is valid for 1 year. Candidates, who have got their marks under cutoff limit, can send their application to directly proceed for the Interview or Group Discussion Process.
