My goal is to integrate a career aimed at contributing to research and development in the arena of information technology and my passion for

traveling and understanding different cultures of the world. Accordingly, I am confident that project would give me opportunity to fulfill my aspiration. As a second year Ph.D student in the field of telecommunication at Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Nis, one of the most prestigious institutions in the country I already published several scientific papers for foreign conferences and journals. My current research interests include: information theory, wireless communication, fading and diversity techniques. My current average mark is 10. At the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Nis I was exposed to all the core areas of telecommunications: Basis of telecommunication, theory of telecommunications, digital, optical ,satellite telecommunications, telecommunications networks, telecommunication systems, microwave technology and systems, radio engineering etc. These laid foundation and confidence to pursue doctoral degree and also kindled a desire to do research. As a three year board member of EESTEC LC Nis (Electrical Engineering Students European Association, Local Committee Ni) I took place in several workshops abroad. Among the most important for me were, Workshop Introduction to Modern Space Science and Technology, in Aachen, Germany

and Workshop Commercial Space in Linkping, Sweden. In Aachen I was involved in the project Design for a Mars habitat for six people in two years, where team work was essential. Furthermore, workshop included visit to the DLR ESA Space center in Cologne and Radio Telescope in Effelsbergh where I witnessed modern space technology development, some projects progression and learned from the most eminent professors and researchers. In Linkping, Sweden, the most impressionable moments were lectures from eminent professors and visit to Saab Ericson space center. Furthermore, my time spent abroad ensured that I obtained insight into European culture and working practices, as well as number of contacts with persons who have similar interest like mine. I am also interested in computers, especially in networks because it is closely connected to telecommunication. I have finished professional courses for network administration and earned MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification. Except this, I am aware that I need programming skills, due to relation between modern science and computers. Until now I had experience with WOLFARM MATHEMATICA and elementary knowledge of programming in FORTRAN, C# and MATLAB. I have plans to advance in these areas. I bring along a strong grasp of fundamentals in Electronics and Communication, an aptitude for teaching and team work, a zest for challenges and an enthusiastic desire to learn all I can. My desire is to make contribution for further research and project realization.
