Your initial assignment would be as Sales Executive. You are required to report on 09th Jan 2012 at Bharti Airtel Sector 11, Noida for induction training. Your initial place of posting will be Agra. Your selection/offer is Subject to your being medically fit at the time of joining the Company. For your preemployment medical check-up, you are required to contact our administration department at Airtel, Agra. On your being found medically fit, the Doctor (nominated by Company) will issue a Medical Fitness Certificate. The decision by the Doctor will be final & binding. On receipt of this Medical Fitness Certificate , this provisiona offer will be regularized on your joining the Company and a formal Appointment Letter will be issued to you. If you are found medically unfit, this provisional offer will stand withdrawn forthwith. 1. Your Compensation package would be effective from the date of your joining the Company. However, the structure of your compensation plan may be altered / changed from time to time in line with the Compensation Policy and Practices of the Company. 2. As per Company policy, the probation period applicable to you shall be 06 months 3. We are provisionally offering you on the presumption that the particulars furnished in your Application and/or Bio-data are correct. In case the said particulars are found to be incorrect or that you have concealed or withheld some other relevant facts, your offer with the Company shall stand terminated/cancelled without any notice. 4. On the date of joining, please bring the following documents for verification / submission: a. Original and copies of your Educational Certificates. b. Date of Birth Certificate c. Three Passport size colored photographs d. Copy of your passport, if any e. Medical Fitness Certificate, by the Doctor/RMP (nominated by Company) as above f. Copy of PAN card / No. Please sign and return to us the duplicate copy of this letter as token of your acceptance. Your Compensation are as Under:A. Monthly Fixed 1. Basic salary will be Rs. 5700/- per month. 2. House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be 80% of your basic salary per month. 3. Transport Allowance of Rs. 800/- per month 4. Adhoc Allowance of Rs. 15310/-per month

B. Variables You will be eligible for incentive of Rs. 38000/per annum. The inventive payment is based on company`s Policy/Scheme

C. Statutory/ Non Statutory Benefit Provident Fund (12% of annual basic p.a), Gratuity (as per payment of Gratuity Act. 1972), LTA upto one month basic & Bonus (as per payment of Bonus Act). D. Benefits 1. You will be covered under the medical Insurance Scheme of the Company through National Insurance Company and the benefits thereof, till the time you are posted in India. 2. You will be covered under group personnel Accident Insurance. 3. You will be covered under the Employee Relief Fund of the company
