PTFE insulated multi-core cables have found there applications where high-reliability and hightemperature interconnections for single and control applications are most important. Opulents extensive range of multi-core and multi-pair screened and Jacketed PTFE insulated cables are designed to meet challenging performance requirements for a variety of applications. PTFE multicore wires & cables can be used to transmit low voltage, RF, or digital signals in the vicinity of high temperatures. All types of signaling, communication and telephone cables fall in the category of PTFE multi-core cables. Thermocouple & Compensating Cables:

Wire that is used in a thermocouple from the point of sensing the temperature to the point of cold junction compensation (cjc end) where the signal is measured. A thermocouple is a sensor for measuring temperature that consists of two dissimilar metals that are joined together at the sensing end. Different thermocouple types (e.g. J, K, T, E, etc) use different mixtures of metals in the Thermocouple & Compensating Cables. We manufacture different types of thermocouple compensating cables to suit different types of working conditions and specific operating requirements. Thermocouple cables create a low voltage signal and its application should be avoided near power wires, motors, etc. In order to minimize noise pickup, a metal over braid or twisted shielded wire is used in the design of the Thermocouple Cable.
