Class Features
All of the following are class features of the sindarin tempest prestige class. Enhance Arrow (Su): At 1st level, every non-magical arrow the tempest nocks and lets fly becomes magical, gaining a +1 enhancement bonus. Unlike magic weapons created by normal means, the tempest need not spend experience points or gold pieces to accomplish this task. However, a tempests magic arrows only function for him. For every two levels the character advances past 1st level in the prestige class, the magic arrows he creates gain +1 greater potency (+1 at 1st level, +2 at 3rd level, +3 at 5th level, +4 at 7th level, and +5 at 9th level).

Sindarin Tempest
Featherfoot (Ex): Beginning at 1st level, the tempest can move easily and weightlessly across silty, sandy and slippery surfaces (including pressure plates without triggering them). Furthermore, he gains a prestige bonus to his Tumble, Balance and Move Silently checks of +1 per prestige level. Finally, the tempest is able to ignore the slowing effects of traversing across difficult terrain with a successful Balance check (DC 15) check. Striding Shot (Ex): At 1st level and beyond, the tempest may move up to his full movement rate when using the full attack action while attacking with his bow. Normally, a character may only move up to half his movement rate using the full attack action. Greater Manyshot (Ex): At 2nd level, the tempest gains the Greater Manyshot feat. He can now designate different opponents for each arrow during his Manyshot attack. Roll each attack roll separately. Special damage (such as sneak attack and critical damage) affects each arrow separately instead of just the first arrow. Uncanny Accuracy (Su): Starting at 3rd level, a tempest may spend a move equivalent action to designate a target. Until the end of the encounter or when the he designates a new target, the tempest gains a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls (+4 at 6th level and +6 at 9th level) when using his bow against the designated target. Focused Manyshot I (Ex): At 4th level, the tempest has become so proficient with his Manyshot ability that he reduces penalties incurred from all Manyshot attacks by 2. Uncanny Dodge (Ex): At 5th level, the tempest retains his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if he is caught flatfooted or struck by an invisible attacker. However, he still loses his Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. If the tempest already has Uncanny Dodge from a different class, he automatically gains Improved Uncanny Dodge instead. Evasion (Ex): At 7th level, the tempest gains Evasion. If subjected to an attack that allows a Reflex save for half damage, a character with Evasion takes no damage on a successful save. If the tempest already has Evasion from a different class, he automatically gains Improved Evasion instead. Improved Evasion is like Evasion, except that even on a failed saving throw the character takes only half damage. Focused Manyshot II (Ex): At 8th level, the tempest has become so proficient with his Manyshot ability that he reduces penalties incurred from all Manyshot attacks by an additional 2 (-4 total). Manyshot Mastery (Ex): At 10th level, the tempest has so acutely mastered his Manyshot ability that he gains additional range with Manyshot and reduces his attack roll penalties even further. From now on, the tempests Manyshot range uses the range increment of his bow instead of point blank range (30'). Furthermore, the penalties incurred from Manyshot attacks are reduced by an additional 2 (-6 total).
