the community of Panabo City. It will be run by the most powerful and enthusiastic aspiring businessmen in University of Mindanao Panabo College. It composed of four beautiful and unique ladies and the one of the most one woman man. The SOAPY WASH, Who Wants Wash all u can will serve a wide area that will surely cater the customers needs. It will be leveraging the incredible good will and brand recognition that quickly gain market penetration. Business name: SOAPY WASH, Who Wants Wash all u can. Location: Km. 31 Prk. Avocado, Brgy. Cagangohan, Panabo City. Name and Location of the enterprise The official name of our business is SOAPY WASH, Who Wants Wash all u can. We choose this name because SOAPY (sounds like SOPHIE) a feminine name which represents us, the four lovely ladies of the group. It is easy to remember and catchy to the ears of the customers. Our prospect site is at Km. 31 Prk. Avocado Brgy. Cagangohan Panabo City. This site is chosen for the various reasons including:

Accessibility to the customers Proximity to the business community, to the commercial offices, industrial offices and schools.

Descriptive Definition of the Project: In last 10 years, the population of cars has increased many folds. In todays context most cars are driven by the owners themselves and would any day prefer to have a quick car wash, rather than leaving the car the whole day at service station. The Car Wash industry has grown. Owning and running a car wash these days, is not just a mere business but, its one of the most lucrative and respected business. SOAPY WASH will be providing customers with variety of services including a full exterior vehicle wash, as well as an interior service to include vacuuming, window cleaning, and dashboard cleaning. A coffeehouse and a delighting recreational activity are also present. The said coffeehouse primarily serves and prepared coffee or other hot beverages. It shares some of the characteristics of a bar, and some of the characteristics of a restaurant, but it is different from a cafeteria. As the name suggests, coffeehouses focus on providing coffee and tea as well as light snacks. While in recreational activity, the customers can enjoy the billiard room and dart room. SOAPY WASH has no true competitors that are trying to offer a high quality service for a reasonable rate. Most are trying to compete on price alone. It has an ability to provide a high

quality and variety of services, both in regards to the actual washing as well as customer service is all based on their ability to find the best employees. History of Business The car wash business in Panabo City started in the year 1993 and was located at Quilisadio Subdivision Brgy. New Visayas, Panabo City. The said business had no specific name. Lots of customers were coming though the location is not that accessible because of the quality of service they rendered. Unfortunately,the said business was closed because of some reasons. After few years some car wash business comes in. One of them was JAIN Carwash and is currently located at Brgy. Sto Nino, Panabo City. It is found beside Jollibee. According to the owner, Mr. Luisito Jain, they are the only car wash business that offers the cheapest rate and offers good quality service. Currently, there are 12 registered car wash businesses here in Panabo City. Projects Long Range Objectives After 5 years, SOAPY Wash will be in line with the most prestigious and profitable car wash business in Panabo City. It will be known on its unique and highly qualified services offered. A respectable business that is recognized on its big contribution in the economy of the city, it creates employment for the Panaboans. It gained a good reputation in business industry, 3 years later the SOAPY Wash will establish another branch within the city. Feasibility Criteria Market Feasibility Our target market is most densely populated area in the city and is comprised of a diverse mixture of social strata and economic groups. This diverse economic and social strata make-up supports our view that there is a strong demand in our market area for a complete car wash facility that possesses both full-service and self-service facilities. Industry surveys reveal that young people between the ages of 18-35 (25% of the target market), blue collar workers of all ages, and those with little disposable income will patronize fullservice facilities. Our service is not limited to a specific segment or a group of market. SOAPY WASH segments its customers by type of car ownership. SW believes that the type of car that a person owns says volumes about their driving, and, therefore their car washing requirements. 1. New car owners: Owners of newer cars are most likely to use a hand car washing service. These owners take great pride in their cars and will bring them often to the wash and detail service. The goal with these customers is to promote regular use of the wash and detail service. The aim is to inform these customers that SOAPY WASH will keep their car looking as good as it did the day they drove it off the lot. 2. Older luxury car owners: These people have either owned their high-end luxury cars for several years or are unable to afford the expense of a new luxury car but want the feel of relaxed driving. Both of these groups want to keep their cars in the best shape possible. Those who have bought second-hand cars will often spend many hours in their cars and will place high importance on keeping their cars looking good. These owners will bring their cars in for regular washes and occasional details. 3. Sports car owners: These people are often younger or middle-aged men and will regard the look of their car as important. They will also pride themselves on the look of their car and will have their car hand washed (at least) weekly. These drivers will have an occasional detail, but will keep their cars so clean the detail will not be necessary very often.

4. Lifetime owners: Many of these people have owned their cars for more than five or six years, and are more likely to be women. They are attached to their cars as friends and though it may be more sensible for them to purchase a new car, they will bring their car in for a wash occasionally, just when the car is dirty. They like their cars to look presentable, and want to keep it in good shape but are not tied up in the look of their car. For this reason, they will not have a detail carried out on their car unless they are selling it. 5. Dealerships: There are new and used car dealerships within three miles of the proposed location. These dealerships often use outside car wash services to detail their vehicles before they are put up for sale. 6. Local businesses: Some local businesses have fleets of cars and small vans that must be kept clean to maintain their company image. These businesses will be looking for a cost effective, efficient car washing service to perform this service, and will prefer to use a car wash service during the week rather than during weekends, like the general public.

Sales forecast of Soapy Wash are forecast with amount of the tourists come to visit in Panabo City, especially in peak season, moreover in special festival such as, New Year Day, Christmas Day and Valentines Day.

Technical Feasibility Our business has only one building which comprises three (3) rooms, such as billiard room, dart room and coffee house with adjacent mini garden where in the customers can freely enjoy surfing on a fast wireless internet connection. There is no need for training for the car wash boys because they are already well-trained and gained a lot of experience in car washing as a major qualifications. Financial Feasibility Our business is a form of partnership. Each partner has a capital share of P200,000. The total capital is P 1,000,000.Every partner is capable of paying the full amount and theres no need to engage into loan. The car wash business wont be started if the capital is not gathered in full.

Socio-Economic Feasibility Our objective is to become an active and solid member of the business community in Panabo City. Additionally, we believe that we should provide an employment opportunity for members of our community. Organization and Management Feasibility The principal owners will be the full-time workers from General Manager/Supervisor, Manager/Cashier, Dart/Billiard Assistant and Waiter. The General Manager will focus on daily operations, including employee hiring, building maintenance, property maintenance, and equipment maintenance. The manager will focus on marketing, advertising, and community relations, as well as all fiscal matters, including employee pay and benefits, taxes, payables, and receivables. Other members of the management team will provide support to the owners with regard to their specific areas of expertise.

Service and Product Description Providing our customers the very best possible service is our primary objective. We will achieve this by equipping our full- and self-service facilities with the finest equipment available, supporting our superior technological foundation with the region's best service to cost price package, and by insisting upon a highly trained and motivated service staff. Steps: Car washing | polishing Guide 1. Pour soap in one bucket creating suds. 2. Fill your other bucket up with fresh water. 3. Try and keep your vehicle in a shady place because the sun will allow the soap to dry creating water spots. 4. Spray the car before you start to wash, this will remove loose particles and cool the paint for cleaning. 5. Spray the wheels and wheel wells to remove overspray etc from the undercarriage. 6. You may use a soft sponge or preferably a sheepskin mitt. 7. Start at the top of the vehicle working your way down, do one panel at a time rinsing as you go to keep the suds from drying. 8. After each panel, rinse your mitt in the bucket with the clean water as this will prevent the dirt that is collected from scratching your car. 9. To prevent scratches when drying, use a soft, absorbent terry-cloth towel or a chamois. 10. Be sure to pay extra attention to the front panels, because these are the panels that normally are affected most by bugs, tar and overspray. We later go into detail about detailing clay and its purposes which is the next step to cleaning your vehicles paint. 11. After completing the detailing clay process you should polish your cars paint using a polisher and a high grade polish as this will clean the paint and smooth the surface preparing it for waxing. 12. The very last step is to wax or seal the paint which will protect the paint. Tips & Warnings

Wear old clothes for this task. Soap dries fast. Wash one side at a time to keep the soap from drying on your car's

paint.

Wet and wring out your chamois leather before you dry; it will absorb water better. Never use dish soap. Dish soap is designed for dishes. Use car wash soap.

Make sure you do not get any rocks or other debris in your rags or towels; this will scratch your finish.

We have decided to utilize the advantages of a variety of mediums. Initially, we will utilize tarpaulin and posters to announce our Grand Opening. We will also use leaflets to increase consumer awareness of our existence. The tarpaulin will be placed along the highway; posters will be displayed in the City proper and before the opening the owners and the workers will be giving away leaflets.
