The BSN program, aims to continue to practice the nurse to become more competent, professional and responsible enough in dealing with different health situations. All higher education that intend to build a Bachelor of Science in Nursing must follow the set standard and must secure proper authority from the Commission. The degree name should be Bachelor of Science in Nursing to secure that was recognized by the Commission on Higher Education. The BSN program provides an intensive nursing practicum that will refine clinical skills from the first year level to ensure basic clinical competencies required of a beginning nurse practitioner. Graduates can pursue different paths and they can continue to study in different health related programs. Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Nursing program must be able to apply analytical and critical thinking in the nursing practice. At the end of third year the student is given the chance to deal with the actual clients with different illnesses, this is to test the student on how they communicate with patients, and with the staff. On the end of fourth year the student shall be able to demonstrate all areas of competencies and by this time student can assume that he is a professional that he/she was able to handle situations well. After done with the nursing course the student can continue his/her studies with allied courses, and after taking master degree, he/she can become the dean of the school but must have the different qualifications needed. Being the Dean of the school it has different responsibilities and functions. The nurse can have be a member of the faculty but shall have academic preparation appropriate to his/her teaching assignment. When vacancies occur in the teaching force of the college during the school year, substitute or replacement with similar or higher qualifications shall be employed. The College of Nursing shall have an updated five-year faculty development program which is consists of written activities and programs toward the development of the faculty. The school have library that has different library policy, it also have different library holding, that has different topics about journals, networking,

finance, and accessibility. The library must have different shelve, reading area, stock room and office space for staff. The school must have complete equipment and good facilities. A system for identification of laboratory equipment, supplies and models should be observed. The nursing skills laboratory simulates major areas in hospital setting and equipped with basic instruments, equipment and supplies, to aid in the development of the competencies in performing nursing procedures. The related learning experience is the area where in the student practices what they have thought during their lectures in their school. In this point this point the student was practiced on how they handle the situation. This is also the time the student was test about their knowledge, skills and their attitude during the difficult situation and more. And during this time the student affiliate in specialized area, where in students handle patients with uncommon illnesses. The nursing service should be provided with a designated training coordinator and the required staffing composed of qualified professional and nonprofessional personnel. The faculty and the nursing service personnel of the affiliation agency should work together in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the related learning experiences of students. The quality schools, must have a high standard education background not only in Nursing course but with other courses they of the administration shall encourage and support research among its students and faculty and promote utilization of research findings to guide and improve nursing practice, educational management and other aspects of the nursing program. All students shall complete a research project during the course of study. Faculty research outputs and publications shall be considered in faculty promotions and academic ranking. Before the student graduate from the school and universities the student must pass all the curriculum. the nursing program will be removed. The commission on Higher Education, set the curricular subjects that the student must have. There are set guidelines for the related learning experience that the school must have. It is composed of the skills in the laboratory and most especially in clinical skills.
