After 5 days in house training in Rangpur ASOD training center I have visited 11 locations of 3 Unions of Rangpur District and 6 locations of 2 Unions of Kurigram District. During my visit I have followed how effectively CNW can implement the skills and knowledge they have learned during in house training. I also find out their developmental area and showed them how to improve those with practical example. Moreover I have guided the FFO, Upozila Manager and Nutritionist of ESDO about the monitoring and follow up techniques. Our objective of the monitoring session was; To upgrade the status of the CNW and FFO through supportive and practical guidance. To identify the gap and provide recommendation to overcome the challenges or gaps.

We successfully upgrade most of the C Graded CNW and FFO and we assume that they can able to conduct BCC activity efficiently with continuous monitoring and supervision by NGO partner, WFP sub office and WFP country office as well.
