This man is showing us how to be free under our human rights and freedom which when you know what they are, there is no need to know commercial or legal type remedies. These rights and freedom are ancient rights we all have and that continue to exist. For we humans our remedy or happiness come from being free, and by that I mean free like our ancestors such as the caveman. Think about it. Forget about the dinosaurs and focus on the FREEDOM part. When he was hungry he ate, when in need of covering for his body he got it, and as for a home or shelter, he found or made one. Nothing stood in the way of his choices, rights. This without any knowledge of having to pay or licensing or permits or SIN number and a world without borders. Today we have knowledge of those things and that in part is our problem. We think they apply to us and they do not; we are so free we choose bondage. So when I speak of freedom that is the type I mean. What greater thing can a man have but true freedom like that? So this is about freedom and need, free access to necessities of life; not wants. The focus I am talking about here are your human rights and freedoms, not about getting bills paid and acquiring assets or working on figuring how to. Trying to get bills paid and assets as a focus has prevented us from asserting what really matters, our human rights and freedom. With true and total freedom comes access to those needs without having to pay for them or partake in commercial activity. Free of legal mumbo jumbo and of course the rights and freedoms of other humans to be respected at all times. The thing is we have those rights and have to assert them. Since the time of the caveman human access to these basic needs have been commandeered. In this day and age a price needs to be paid but that does not mean we do not have what I call our caveman rights and freedoms. Free access to food, clothing, housing and medical. I believe that when we do so in the proper fashion, the BC then becomes the tool through which payment is made, not by us, but by the government in recognition of our inherent rights and freedoms. I am as of now drafting documentation for that objective. Freedom like the caveman had is the objective. Once free like the caveman there are no limitations on you. So I say again, our true freedom should be our focus and nothing short of it. We find this freedom or should I say assert it under our human rights. John does a wonderful job of showing us that we do have rights, where they are found, and gives hints on how to have them implemented. I posted on the blog freedomfromdebt the other day this; 1

Federal Financial Administration Act, Canada Charges for rights and privileges 19.1 The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board, (a) by regulation prescribe the fees or charges to be paid for a right or privilege conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, by means of a licence, permit or other authorization, by the persons or classes of persons on whom the right or privilege is conferred; or (b) authorize the appropriate Minister to prescribe by order those fees or charges, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Governor in Council. 1991, c. 24, s. 6. That should be a wake up call for you. Rights and privileges conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty in any right have a cost attached and to be free of those costs and the limitations imposed by acceptance of the benefit of those rights and privileges, we must renounce/waive them. That is not hard to do given that Her Majesty has failed to honour her obligations as per the Declaration of Human Right and Freedoms and other covenants we covered before and that John goes through in fine detail. Had Her Majesty honoured her obligations under those and other documents acknowledging human rights and freedoms wed not be in the mess we are. We would not have signed up as we did. John does a really good job of interpreting exactly what is said in legislation so on so forth. You should know that the only thing Her Majesty offers in the way of goods and services is rights and privileges and that, they are nothing more than limitations on our inherent rights and freedoms like the caveman enjoyed. It is acknowledged in section 26 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms that other rights exist in Canada beyond those offered in the Charter. John gets into those and we need to assert those other human rights that do exist in Canada. These are some of the Notices I am working on and added to that are facts revolving around the birth certificate.

No other values such as legal or commercial. We as humans have that right to choose our life pathl)

One of our inherent rights is to function under moral and spiritual values and you must see that when one chooses moral and spiritual values as his path he is free because all other values are man made, available at a cost, and regulated. I was in court with a friend recently. I was there to listen and two things the judge said are key. He said, I need something that is binding on me and the Constitution takes precedence over provincial legislation. It is the part he needs something binding on him that spoke volumes. The reason our letters are not answered or judged of no legal force or effect, or they have not the mandate, is because what we say must be binding on Her Majesty. 2

If it is binding on her it is binding on her government and all employees. Our opinions and statements matter not unless we can back them up with something binding on Her Majesty. With respect to his comment the Constitution takes precedence over provincial legislation for sure that will apply to our human rights and freedoms that exist in Canada. So, once our rights are acknowledge the purpose of the BC is how the government pays the price for what is already ours but it is not about acquiring assets. The focus here that we need as a foundation is freedom like the caveman enjoyed. The game as we know and John makes real clear if not already is they are stripping us of, destroying our human rights and freedoms by terming and declaring us to be legal persons. We are not that, we are human persons, human beings. The word person is not bad and must be taken in the proper context for distinguishment. For example, if a law addresses human rights then the word person in it means human being and not legal person or artificial entity. We must use words they recognize when communicating or it is not binding. You can say I am a man and it may or not be accepted because the term man is not used in their legislations and thus not recognized, but the term human is and it is under that term where we find what the human rights and freedoms are. Watch what John has posted at the link I gave above. There is no need for me to cover that here. You have to know who you are, know that all your caveman rights are intact and waiting for you to assert. It is evident that the government is not going to do that. I am not saying you write a letter asserting your caveman rights. I use that term so we can sense true freedom because at the time of the caveman there was no commerce, no laws by man, no Canada, no countries or borders, but pure freedom to do as one please when it please him. When we sense within us the freedom the caveman had we then do what we have to so we have that level of freedom intact and recognized by Her Majesty, her governments. But we must have that feeling within. As Neville Goddard say, come from the place that you are free. We see here in the charter of Rights and Freedoms;
Fundamental Freedoms 2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms: (they are saying we posses the freedoms but here; Legal Rights 7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice..(THEY ARE not SAYING WE HAVE them but that we have THE RIGHT/CHOICE to ASSERT THEM because it does not say has life, liberty and security of the person. I am bouncing around a bit here but John has laid everything out in order. So watch his stuff in the order given. We can be recognized before the law as a legal person or human person, human being. The game as I said is to recognize us as the legal person who we are not, and so we have to assert our right to be recognized as a human being in order for our human rights and freedoms as such to kick in and bind Her Majesty. Recognizing us a legal person is how they get around our human rights. They are, knowingly or unknowingly, stripping us of and destroying what Her Majesty did pledge to protect. We also allow it in that we have not asserted our rights and freedoms. In other words, no legislature has said humans are legal persons and there is no authority in any law for anyone to term or declare a human to be a legal person. You may at any moment assert your human right to be recognized before the law as a human at which point you are not and cannot be a legal person. Keep reading

You need to know this and your right to be recognized as a human who is a human at which point you are not and cannot also be the legal person, e.g. B,VR. The name of the legal person appears on a birth certificate and our signature is not on it. Couple that with your right (choice) to be recognized as a human in the stead of the legal person/name and some other party, the government, has to perform for the legal person. This is how we get free access to food, clothing, housing and medical and free access to the tools we need that we may create being the industrious creators we are. We also have the right to enjoyment of property in the manner the caveman did. The BC is issued not as personal id but in recognition of the human rights such as the caveman had. No requirement to pay. The way it appears we have limited rights and freedoms, or that we are not free like the caveman enjoyed, is due the declaring and recognition of us as a legal person rather than a human person or perhaps moreso, our not asserting and standing up for our human rights and freedoms. Legal persons have legal limitations imposed on them and now you know why those limitations have been imposed on you. This however is in direct contravention of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Covenants that are binding on Her Majesty that we covered here long ago and that John gets into in his videos. Now the fact we may have signed on as Citizens of Canada and Subjects of Her Majesty, and accepted rights and privileges conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty, be advised that such are undoable because of but not limited to this;

Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction. (Clearly the education, promotion, and respect of human rights and freedoms are not being taught or promoted in Canada to the extent they could be. In fact the opposite is occurring, steering the human mind generation after generation down a one way road of servitude to artificial entities and institutions formed by men. In that sense, Her Majesty and governments are not honouring the pledge and commitments made pursuant to this Declaration and also those found in International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights & International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and other obligations that apply to and are binding on Her Majesty) The point there is had Her Majesty done as pledged, we would know our human rights and freedoms which surely would have dissuaded us from accepting any right or privilege (limitation) conferred by or on behalf of her Majesty.
Furthermore under said Declaration is;

Article 30. Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
So you see, there is no legislated or other authority that exists in Canada for any human in any capacity to term or label or recognize or declare or treat other human beings to be a legal person. Nevertheless, if you not assert your human rights and freedoms and stand firm on them, you have none. So maybe you see how important it is that the first thing we need to do so we have a solid foundation to build from is; to assert our human rights and freedoms, otherwise, how can we be free let alone enjoy freedom as the caveman did? Again, if your focus is getting bills paid, obtaining assets, or seeking commercial remedy, or learning court procedures, you are denying your

human rights and freedoms that existed long before such existed and that continue to exist. Such are for sake of conversation, comparable to the rights and freedom the caveman enjoyed. He had no one bossing him around. He was free to move anywhere he wanted. The caveman had no knowledge of legal procedures or borders or licenses or permits or money or obligations or limitations. What he did have, albeit he knew of nothing else, was absolute freedom. We too have that freedom and so taking any action other than having that freedom recognized will not free one. Free of legal mumbo jumbo, free of commercial activity, free of the need of money or serving the usurer and other institutions formed by men. Free of lack or a stated in the U.D.H.R, free of fear and want. I leave you now and hope you visit the link posted above and that you view each video in the order presented. John starts off with a wide scope of things and as he goes along he narrows down the focus to that what matters most. You will notice repetitiveness but there is a reason for that. With regard to the Notices I am drafting, when the time is right I may share them but for sure we can chat about them on a conference call in the near future So we are on the same page here, once my human rights are recognized, I have no responsibility to perform for the legal name. The attachment of the legal name to us is the means by which they may strip us of our rights and freedoms but one of our rights is that we may CHOOSE to be recognized as a human person and that choice must be accepted as it is binding on Her Majesty. I see the ending looking something like this, after our rights and freedoms are properly known and recognized; We do what we do through the legal name/person because at the end of the day it is recognized in law as the owner of property. We give of ourselves freely and the government pays the tab. A mutual benefit type thing. In other words, we do the work they pay the bills, but, I say again, our focus in my view should be FREEDOM.
