Documents that need to be submitted during TCS:

Hi Folks, This document will give you a clear picture of the documents that need to be brought to TCS.

TCS Related documents: 1. Offer letter and Joining letter (Have 3 copies with you. 1 attested and rest 2 self attested). 2. Service agreement (Only 1 copy. U can take a Xerox and keep it safety for your reference). No need to get attested. 3. Notary form. (1 copy is enough. U can take a Xerox and keep it safety for your reference). Witness can be your relatives, neighbors. 4. Surety Verification form. (1 copy) Already a competent authority would have signed it. 5. Medical Certificate. It can be got from any MBBS doctor.

Service Agreement related documents: 1. If surety is a Income Tax payee: 2 copies of ITR form or Form 16. Both attested by surety and gazette officer. 2 copies of Surety PAN Card. Both attested by surety and gazette officer. 2. If surety is possessing a land. 2 copies of land deed of surety both attested by surety and gazette officer. 2 copies of recent evaluation certificate in English both attested by surety and gazette officer.

3. If you are going for FD option You need to submit FD copy Surety Verification form is not required. No signature of surety must come in SA.

Address Proofs: The following can be used as valid address proofs: Voter ID Ration Card (No matter if it is in Regional language) Telephone Bill Electricity Bill Passport Pan card (Think it has address) House lease form Bank pass book Have 2 copies attested by gazette officers of all address proofs u have. ID Proof: Passport Pan card Driving License Voter ID College ID Card Have 2 copies attested by gazette officers of all ID proofs u have. Other Important documents you have to carry: 1. Have 10 stamp size and passport size photos. It will be needed for many things like creating bank account, temporary ID card etc etc. 2. Mark statements from Class-X onwards. 3. Mark statements for all semesters. 4. Consolidated Degree mark statement. 5. Degree Certificate (If Degree Certificate is not available, Provisional Certificate / Course Completion Certificate is acceptable) 6. Birth Certificate (If birth certificate is not available or if it is in local language, Birth Affidavit on a Rs. 20 stamp paper).

7. PAN Card. If u don have pan card, then have acknowledgement form at least. 8. Passport is not mandatory. 9. NSR card. (Not mandatory again) (if I forget anything will add)

Self-attested copy of ID proof One of these: PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID

card, College ID Card duly attested by HOD. Self-attested copy of address proof One of these: Passport, Ration card, Electricity Bill, Landline Telephone Bill, House Lease Agreement. Self-attested and signed documents to explain break (if any) in education - (i) or (ii) or (iii): (i) Medical records, if the break was due to medical reasons. (ii) Certificates / Examination results, if the break was due to additional course done. (iii) Affidavit on a Rs. 20 stamp paper with notary authorization, if the break was due to other personal reasons.
Self-attested Criminal Investigation Division (CID) forms for the respective regions, if (i) or (ii) or

(ii) is true: (i) Your present address is in one of these places: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane City, Thane Rural, and Pune. (ii) Your address of longest stay in the last seven years is in one of these places: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane City, Thane Rural, Pune. (iii) Your permanent address is in one of these places: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane City, Thane Rural, Pune. Note: 1. You will be doing BGC online. But make sure you carry all the documents well before for safety. 2. SA and Notary will be seen very closely in TCS. So make sure you dont do any mistakes. 3. Make sure you will BGC correctly. They will come and check in home. 4. You can have original copies too with u. make sure its safe. Taking lots of risks and efforts in prep this. Please make wise use of it.
