Terms & Conditions: THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL THE VEL POST PAID

& PREPAID SUBSCRIBERS BUYING THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 GSM MOBILE HANDSETS FROM ANY OF THE SAMSUNG AUTHORISED OUTLETS IN INDIA EXCEPT JAMMU & KASHMIR DURING THE PERIOD 11TH JUNE, 2011 TO 31ST AUGUST, 2011 (BOTH DAYS INCLUSIVE) AND SHALL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER:

1. Vodafone Essar Limited & its Subsidiaries (VEL) and Samsung India Electronics Limited (Samsung), jointly bring an offer (i) for VELs Prepaid Subscribers and (ii) for VELs Post Paid Subscribers (Offer), valid from 11th June, 2011 till 31st August, 2011 (both days inclusive) (Offer Period). 2. The Offers are valid only for VEL Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers in India on their buying Samsung Galaxy S2 GSM mobile handset from any of the Samsung authorized outlets in India. The offers would not be available in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). 3. The Offers shall be made available only against usage of Vodafone Live! & Vodafone Mobile Connect services. 4. For Prepaid Subscribers, only 1 GB free data usage would be permitted each month on 2G or 3G network as available for 6 months from the date of activating the offer & the Prepaid Subscriber would be charged for data usage in excess of 1 GB data usage each month till the end of the offer, as per the regular data plan (data usage will be available across VEL network in India except J&K). a. For existing Vodafone Live! & Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) users, the prepaid Subscriber would be charged for data consumption as per the prepaid subscribers regular data plan, above 1 GB of free data consumed each month. 5. For the Postpaid Subscribers only 1 GB free data usage would be permitted for 6 months on 2G and 3G network as available from the date of activating the offer & the Postpaid Subscriber would be charged for data usage in excess of 1 GB data consumed each month till the end of the offer, as per the regular data plan (data usage will be available across VEL network in India except J&K). a. However in case of the first month, if the data offer gets activated after the 1st day of that month the subscriber will receive data on a prorated basis for the number of days remaining during the month. b. E.G.: If the data offer is activated on 18th March,2011, then for the first month the data will get calculated as 13days/31days*1GB = 0.42GB. A Vodafone Essar Company

c. For existing Vodafone Live! & Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) users: The postpaid Subscriber would be charged for data consumption as per the postpaid subscribers regular data plan, post 1 GB of free data is consumed. 6. The aforementioned data offers will be activated within 48 working hours of the Post Paid Subscriber or the Prepaid Subscriber buying Samsung Galaxy S2 GSM mobile handset from any of the Samsung authorized outlets in India during the aforementioned offer period. 7. The Offer is only on the availment of 3G where the 3G Network is available in the respective Circles in India and on GPRS / EDGE in Non-3G Network circles in India. 8. VEL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, postpone, change, alter or modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any part thereof at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Prepaid Subscribers and Post Paid Subscribers availing this Offer. 9. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
