EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Organization Climate and Culture are both important aspects of the overall context, environment or situation.

Organizational climate is the process of quantifying the culture of an organization. Organizational climate is often defined as the recurring patterns of behavior, attitudes and feelings that characterize life in the organization. Organizational culture tends to be shared by all or most members of some social group; shapes behavior and structures perceptions of the world. Culture includes deeply held values, beliefs and assumptions, symbols and rituals Objective The main objectives of the study is to understand the existing organizational culture of Indo Shell Mould Ltd, to analyse the employee satisfaction with regard to the present organisational culture and climate, to find out the corrective measures to be taken by the management to improve the present organisational culture and climate. Methodology The study is descriptive. The sample size considered for the study is 84. The sampling technique used is systematic random sampling. The data is collected from the sample through questionnaire method. Findings The statistical tools used for analysis are chi-square test, factor analysis. The mathematical tool used is percentage analysis. From the analysis it is found that there is no significant relationship between age of the respondents and their opinion of the respondents about the organization, there is no significant relationship between Gender of the respondents and the opinion of the respondents about the organization, there is no significant relationship between Income of the respondents and their opinionabout the organization, there is no significant relationship between Educational qualification of their respondents and the opinion about the organization. The main factorsresponsible for work coordination among the employees are Superior guidance, Communication with other departments, Departments valuable contribution to company, convenient work schedule to meet personal/family responsibilities, Cooperation with team

members, training program offered from other institutions ,Tech changes are viewed as challenge and opportunity, Rewards are given out to suit preference of recipients, Satisfaction with job setting and working environment, When problems emerge there is a willingness to fix them, Performance measure an employees adaptation change Recommendation The following suggestions and recommendation are offered based on the knowledge gained during the study and based on the findings of the analysis; Innovative ideas of the employees can be recognized by the management. Counseling program can be conducted once in a month, Rewards can be given based on their performance.
