TRANSFER HISTORY CRITERIA

In order to assist us when requesting Transfer Histories, we would ask that you are aware of the following; The information provided to us must be exact in order for our systems to detect them. The names provided must include married/maiden names and nick names that may have been used when sending these transfers. Include all addresses that you may have used when sending these transfers ( all previous addresses and work addresses that may have been used ) This information is then sent to our International Office for them to conduct their searches. Should you wish to add additional information, once this form has been submitted, it will be treated as a new request and an additional fee will be required. We can only locate transfer sent and received in the UK in the last 5 years. There is one set fee of 15.00 per sender. If there is more than one sender, they will also need to send in a fee and photographic ID and a letter with their authorising signature. Transactions originating from Ireland are for free.
