Otherwise the scanned sketch is not legible. The Licensed Surveyors should prepare 11B sketch using thick lines which should be neat and legible. The dimensions should be clearly written, When such sketch is scanned through "MOJINI’, ITE sketch will be fit for viewing and taking print outs after finally approved by the Supervisor. 2. After printing of approved scanned 118 sketch by the operator, the Majini incharge Supervisor should put his signatures with date slong with 10digit Hologram by entering the sketch number to the Hologram Register and then issue to the party.
