Package Details Day 1 Arrive Istanbul On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for 3 nights. In the evening, welcome drink and meet your tour guide for a brief about the tour. Enjoy dinner at your hotel with fellow tour members. Day 2 Istanbul In the morning explore Topkapi Palace, the largest and oldest of the remaining palaces where Ottoman Sultans used to live; admire the gardens, kitchens, the treasury section as well as terraces overlooking the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn. Visit the Blue Mosque covered by more than 20.000 Iznik tiles. In the afternoon, explore Saint Sophia, one of the marvels of Byzantine architecture.and stroll through the Spice Market to feel the exotism of the Orient. Overnight at your hotel. Day 3 Istanbul In the morning, explore the labyrinth tunnels of the Grand Bazaar. Enjoy a langourous boat trip along the European and Asian coasts of the Bosphorus. Lunch in a fish restaurant and.. In the afternoon discover Taksim, the largest square of the city and walk along the pedestrian Istiklal Street to really see and live Istanbuls daily life. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 4 Istanbul Canakkale (320 kms) Drive to Gallipoli for a guided tour of the battlefields. Visit the landing beaches at Anzac Cove Kabatepe War Museum, the Lone Pine Australian Memorial and cemetery, and the Chnuk-Bair New Zealand Memorial and cemetery. Also visit the Turkish and Allied tunnels and trenches at Johnston Jolly, and the Nek cemetery site of the infamous battle depicted in Peter Weirs epic film Gallipoli. Cross the Dardanelles to Canakkale for 3 nights at the Akol Hotel. Day 5 Canakkale Troy Canakkale Morning excursion to visit the archaeological ruins of Troy the legendary city featured in Homers Iliad. The remainder of the day is free for you to rest in your hotel prior to dinner. At approximately 10:00pm we will depart for Anzac Cove. Day 6 Anzac Day Dawn Service at Gallipoli Attend the Dawn Service commencing at 5.30 am, followed by service at the Lone Pine Australian Memorial at approximately 10.00 am and at the Chunuk-Bair New Zealand Memorial at 12.30 pm. A boxed breakfast will be provided. Late lunch before returning to Canakkale for overnight. Day 7 Canakkale Kusadasi (410 kms) Cross the Kaz Mountains and drive along the Aegean coast to ancient Pergamum, the city where parchment was invented. Continue to Kusadasi for dinner and overnight at your hotel. Day 8 Kusadasi Pamukkale (215 kms) Proceed to Ephesus and explore one of the worlds finest Roman cities. Wander along its 2,000 year old marble streets to sites including the theatre and the Celsus Library. In the afternoon, visit the home of the Virgin Mary and stop for a photo at the nearby Temple of Artemis where only a column remains to indicate where one of the Seven Wonders of the World was. Continue to Pamukkale for dinner and overnight at your hotel. Day 9 Pamukkale Konya Cappadocia (630 kms) Morning drive to Konya to visit the Whirling Dervishes Convent which is now the Mevlana Museum. In the afternoon, visit Sultanhan, a caravanserail on the Silk Road, dating back to the 12th century. Continue to Cappadocia for dinner and overnight. Day 10 Cappadocia Entire day to enjoy the natural beauty and the cultural depth of this unique region: explore the frescoed interiors of Goreme's cave churches, which date from the 8th

century, take a walk in Avcilar, Pasabagi and the red valley of Dervent where you will admire the chimney like volcanic formations and a brief photo stop at Uchisar. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. Day 11 Cappadocia Ankara (310 kms) In the morning stroll through the underground galleries of Saratli where the first Christians hid themselves from rivals. Drive to Ankara and visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations to explore Ankara's ancient past, which dates from the Paleolithic Age. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. Day 12 Ankara Istanbul (430 kms) In the morning drive to Istanbul with lunch en-route and enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Overnight at your Istanbul hotel. Day 13 Depart Istanbul At a pre appointed time you will be met at your hotel and transferred to the airport for your forward flight.
