IT Park spread in 110 acres of land .It consist of 15 multi stored buildings and 4 more buildings to come. Total built up area would be around 6.5 mn. Sft. Executive -Facilities. Overall in-charge for all civil activities in facility. Proposing, designing, B.O.Q. preparation, estimation of project, floating of bid , finalize of vender, execution of work, checking of vender bills. 1. Successfully diverted/arrested seepage water at B#5A,5B with in- house team. It was long pending problem from 10 years. 2. Successfully completed kerbing of entire campus with in house team saved nearly 15 lacks of rupees for company. 3. Fixing of traffic bollards with the scarp pipes all over the campus. 4. Introduced B.T premix for pothole repairs.
