Beginning in a challenging environment with nil understanding of the system I developed a knack of liaising with relevant people and understanding system and much required domain knowledge (credit cards) in quick time. Identified existing flaws since beginning of the product (read 20xx) with direct monetary effect on client of atleast 100,000 GBP per month aggregating to more than a million pounds by year end. Applied several process efficiency measures resulting in reducing costs and much improved experience for customers which were well recognized by client and effectively, played crucial role as a support data for sales presentations which eventually resulted in a new deal with couple more in pipeline. After replicating similar process in another deal its time to replicate similar model in offshore(with a target of at least 40% cost savings), train more people on domain, existing product

and various processes involved with key focus on achieving process efficiencies by reducing gaps in existing knowledge of the functionality. Reframe. After completing my graduation in Computer Science and embarking on first step of professional career, I am now at crucial juncture of my career. As Steve Jobs said you cannot connect dots looking forward, but you can certainly connect it looking backward. Chk..relevancy. Looking back I now realize that how my thirst for learning domain knowledge has bear the fruit of implementing it and refining the existing processes. In my first project I proposed a solution to a perpetual problem of failing Counterparty load into system by load balancing on different timesand prepared a utility to drive the solution which was accepted and much appreciated by client.Looking at the potential I was identified for new extremely challenging role by practice lead. And I came to London with almost zilch knowledge of credit cards. Took internal interviews(lekin isme assess kaise kiya woh sochna padega.) and identified people for my team.. One year gap to prepare for coveted entrance exam for IIT(Indian Institute of technology) in year 2001-02. I would say those were the best days of my life despite the unfavourable result in the exam. Efforts put in those days help firm my belief that nothing is impossibles. With the belief and strong concepts I was able to crack any problem in physics, Mathematics. Most exciting part was to derive various formuals by myself. Training participants include managers as well..
