Mother verbalized Tatlong araw nang sinisipon si Cj pero di ko pa siya pinacheck-up. Dala lang siguro yan ng pabagobagong panahon. Hindi naman ito grabe kaya okey lang. CJ, 1 year old has runny nose and coughs occasionally.

Mother verbalizes Mawawala din ito siguro kahit hindi gaanong naggagamot. Mother performs management to her sons colds but does not know the proper amount of Vitamins to give and admitted that her son sometimes lack adequate sleep.

The gravity of the condition can be modified through lifestyle modification. But the family member has been smoking for more than ten years. The significant others always remind the smoking member not to smoke especially in front of the children in the house.

2. MODI FIABILITY The problem is highly modifiable because the family is knowledgeable in managing the problem. The familys buying capacity is also adequate to buy pesticides. We, as health care members have the ability of health teaching on how to prevent or control the presence of rodents in the house and how to prevent acquiring the diseases which can be brought about by the rats and cockroaches. The barangay has a garbage collection system wherein they collect the garbage of the community every Monday and Thursday.
