Tuesday 11 September Wild Food Foraging Walk with John Wright from River Cottage 7.50 includes guided walk and food sampling, 12pm and 4pm (running time: approx 90 mins) River Cottages foraging expert John Wright leads you on a foraging walk around the green spaces of central Salisbury, identifying edible wild foods with hints and tips on using foraged foods in cooking. At the end of the walk John will cook and prepare the foraged food for sampling! John has written three River Cottage Handbooks and you can join him at Waterstones from 2pm, when he will be signing his books. To book tickets click here.
