Antwan Booker, 27 Occupation: Recent Law Graduate School: Capital University Salary Range: $70k-140k What do you do? I recently worked for the state of Ohio, Office of Collective Bargaining. At this job, I worked alongside legal counsel to help negotiate the state employees unions contracts. I also assisted them in arbitrations, mediations and with legal research Positives & negatives of your job? A positive of the job is the freedom that supervisors give while working on projects. A negative of the job is the sometime slow responses from my supervisors. Advice? The advice I would give anyone with an interest in labor law will be to understand the law adequately, be willing to be flexible and be able to understand people. Alicia Thomas, 30 Occupation: General Dentist School: OSU School of Dentistry Salary Range: $115k-$180k What do you do? I am currently a Pediatric Dentistry Fellow at Nationwide Childrens Hospital and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. I rotate through five clinical sites, providing patients with dental care. The majority of patients that I treat are between the ages of 3 and 18 years of age. Job positives & negatives? A positive would be that I am able to make a positive impact on many childrens lives. A negative would be that many childrens dental needs are neglected, for one reason or another, and the end results are horrific. Advice? Follow your dream to its completion. A great deal of determination is needed to complete all of the schooling and training needed to become a dentist. You can do it!

Interacting with people, the fruition of projects coming to life, and the business constantly changing. A negative would be that the business is constantly changing. Advice? When managing a team, patience is a virtue, a present, your best friend, a diamond watch etc. Learning the different skills and speeds in which your team members work at can be the difference between success and failure.
