"CD KEY is in use" OR "CD Key is invalid" OR "You are BANNED" ISSUES! Generally a simple fix.

===================== GETTING STARTED ===================== CHANGE YOUR CD KEY! NOTE:: You may have to change your CD Key multiple times before you find one wit hout the "You are banned" and CD key problems. To do so Google up an Arma 2 Keygen -ORIf you're using JIMBO's torrent, go to your game installation folder (C:/Program Files (x86)/ArmA 2) Find the folder #JIMBO Inside the folder, find "keygen" and open it. Now that you have that open leave it there for a moment. ===================== FINDING/USING OPTIONS.CMD ===================== Go back to your ArmA 2 folder. Locate "options.cmd" and right click, on the right-click menu, choose "open as a dministrator". Choose your language (1 is English, 2 is Spanish) When the menu loads, choose 3 = Change the key of the game. You will notice a bunch of random numbers and letters with " and " in between, at the bottom is "10 = Type another number." At the bottom is another place to type a number. Type "10". The other CD Keys ar e all probably in use by now, so we're going to make our own. Now back to your Keygen. ===================== ARMA 2 KEY ===================== Your first setting should look like this

It's all set for you, so click "Generate" a couple of times, just a few is neces sary. When you are satisfied with the number of times generated, copy the BOTTOM numbe r. Go back to your options.cmd, and paste the number where it says "Type the number

you want -0 to 10-, or nothing to keep the current keys:" You will notice that there are four (4) spaces between the pasted key, make sure to DELETE THE SPACES! EX. ######### ######### ######## ######## Correct: ################################ --How to delete spaces in CMD prompts for dummies-Use your arrow keys and go the the number or letter just AHEAD of the space, the n backspace. Do that for the rest of the spaces. ===================== ARMA 2 OA KEY ===================== Now, go back to your Keygen and click the dropdown box where it says "ArmA 2" an d select "ArmA 2: OA". Repeat the same process as the previous step and enter this key on your options. cmd command prompt. Your options.cmd lower screen should show something like this: [[Type 30 digits to use as ArmA 2 serial number: (Previous key you entered alrea dy) [[Type 30 digits to use as ArmA 2: OA serial number: (New key you just entered f or OA) REMEMBER: DO NOT LEAVE THE SPACES! Delete them! You should now have a new CD key! ===================== FINAL NOTES ===================== If you continue to have problems being banned or having CD Key in use, then just repeat this process until you have one that is usable. If you try this more than 15 times or so, and still unable to find one, it is mo re than likely you have installed the game incorrectly.
