In this section you need to list all your major skills and value added experiences. This is a key section of the resume and will attract significant attention from an engineering manager. Focus on things you know and not on a list of things you have exposure to. In an interview you will likely have to expand on what was listed here. This section needs to enable you to shine when questioned. So do not list anything you do have specific experience with but list instead skills and experience you can truly offer. Examples: Research, design, technical, management, oversight, project leadership, technical team leadership, technical planning and coordination, applied research, data collection and analysis, test planning and support, software development, technical writing and presentations. Software tools with specific names of engineering tools used. Including but not limited to: engineering CAD, engineering CAM, software development tools, systems engineering tools, project management tools, engineering analysis tools.
