Somewhere along the many paths Ive taken, it became obvious to me that every one of us is completely unique.

Every one of us is an original, even a creative genius, in some way our ways. We all have a long and winding and absolutely original path, and each of us makes our discoveries in our own way. Premise: The Planet is in a crisis too big for anyone to solve, so it would seem. One way to look at it, however, is that everything is changing , we are in a big transition. By 2013 we will all know: nothing is the same anymore; the patterns of our thoughts are shifting; the earth is changing; we are entering a new phase of evolution, the noesphere. The Law of Time states that the only way to solve the problems of our planet is through a collective shift of consciousness. The governments cannot help us. It is we ourselves who must take responsibility for the Earth. The 13 Moon calendar and codes of the Law of Time are the first step in reorienting our thinking from unconscious chaos to multidimensional harmony. The whole purpose of this mission is the stabilization of our system (Velatropa) at a higher frequency by 2013. This is also a solar program. The Sun, our star (Velatropa 24), is undergoing a massive inner shift as it passes to a higher stage of galactic resolution. These shifts account for much of our present polarization and the need to stabilize our consciousness at a higher level. To change with the Earth we have to unify and come together as one mind in harmony with the Higher or Universal Mind. This is the meaning of entering the noesphere.

If 144 million humans, by 12/21/2012, are engaged in a common meditation on a daily basis, humanity will experience a spiritual mastery greater in cumulative effect than all the atomic bombs in the world. This is not so far out once we remember who we truly are and how we are woven within the fabric of the Earth. The codes of time were released simultaneously to the exponential information explosion and proliferation of technology that has come forth in the past 20 years: 1991-2011 These fourth-dimensional codes were channeled as a time-release program on Earth keeping pace, in a parallel stream, with the cyber sphere: From the Dream spell (1991) to the Synchronization. 2011 This galactic knowledge base has nothing to do with closed systems based on binary 7 mathematics and algorithms, but rather is based on vigesimal mathematics and telepathic systems that have little to do with present-day technology. This advanced intelligence operates on a substance less fuel that requires no machinery in the way we think of it. Rather, it operates through a type of psycho-electromagnetic force field and other telepathic technologies that provide transport through time and space. Crop circles are an example of this telepathic technology. Now is the time for all of us to envision a new future, through our thoughts, words and actions. The positive unification of our minds on behalf of galactic culture sends a powerful ripple throughout the galaxy and into the noesphere. Wherever you find yourself, it is there that you must anchor the new times pace on Earth.

Intergalactic Premise
In the process of the evolution of the star system, planet Earth became separated from the natural timing frequency that the rest of life in the universe is functioning on. Vela is a remnant of a supernova. The different errors or karmic residue of errors of the free will zone have been deposited at the center of the Velatropa sector. We have incarnated in order to correct these karmic errors and to create a new collective reality. Every karmic stream that we correct helps to reconnect the memory circuits of the lost worlds in the human mind. We are all made of the same human prototype. We are each a cell in a larger cosmic being. We have come to light up all the cells and help evolve Earth into a new frequency so that Earth does not have the same fate as the previous destroyed worlds. To close the cycle and prepare our mind for the new cycle, a host of fourth-dimensional tools have been gifted to us. These tools help increase our continuing consciousness and bring our mind into greater attunement with other cosmic civilizations. All of the codes and galactic tools combine to create what is known as the cosmology of the Law of Time. This cosmology confirms previous revelations and affirms the different messengers and scriptures, including the Holy Quran with its 19 code of the mathematical constant of the Mayan Tzolkin. Currently our personal and planetary frequencies, as well as our thought patterns, are shifting. This is scientifically referred to as the biosphere-noesphere transition. The

cosmology of the Law of Time states that to change with the Earth we have to unify and come together as one mind. To prepare for this we are being evolved, no longer just at the material level, but at the spiritual/mental level where we can begin to participate in the fourth-dimensional order of reality. All of life is a unity. The awakening of the soul of the Earth is the awakening of our own soul as a unitary consciousness.

What is Going to Happen (3-D)?

As we make our way through the biosphere-noesphere transition it is like being on a time space collision course with the Absolute Now. When we reach the Now, the old, historical thought structures dissolve and a new program is inserted. This is actually already occurring. Everything that occurs in our surface world is just a symptom of a collective inner shift. We have barely begun to tap the dormant powers of our collective mind. This is the purpose of the synchronic codes and synchronized telepathic meditations.

1. Everything will come to a stop the world will fall silent. 2. Complete technospheric/economic collapse will occur. 3. Solar flares will knock out the electromagnetic field. 4. Oceans will be rising and shifting weather patterns and storms will cause further catastrophic effects. 5. A magnetic pole shift will create totally disruptive havoc. 6. A rainbow will appear around the Earth connecting both poles. 7. UFOs will appear everywhere taking many people away and leaving new social reorganization plans for those who remain. 8. People will begin to experience telepathy and different degrees of psychic power. 9. Cosmic consciousness and the telepathic communications with cosmic civilization will begin to occur. 10. Once all the cities have been evacuated, UFOs will dissolve most of the remains of technospheric civilization. 11. People will experience themselves as one mind noosphere. 12. A cosmic evolutionary mutation of consciousness/brain power will occur and be realized as a new race of humans homo noesphericus, superhuman. 13. New perceptions of reality will be realized as higher artistic/spiritual forms of behavior. 14. People will understand the meaning of cosmoplanetary art whole. 15. People will be telepathically mobilized to reconstruct and regenerate the Earth according to a new social organization in time and new heightened paranormal powers.

16. People will automatically know the meaning of God within themselves and everywhere around them.

We all know that the 12:60 structures are destabilizing and by the laws of nature nothing artificial can last. The Earth is transforming itself from its very core. Changes in the core are causing the north magnetic pole to speed toward Russia.
when we speak of the advent of the noesphere we are referring to the mental disclosure of a new cosmically generated holographic fractal field one that will replace the old one. All it would take for this to occur is a momentary break in the planetary electromagnetic field brought about by an immense Coronal Mass Ejection, or even a shift in the Sun's polar magnetism. In that momentary rupture of the terrestrial electromagnetic field, many negative conditioned beliefs (memories) could be erased or severely scrambled, and, more significantly, a new operating hologram field fractal might be instantaneously set in place. In this way, the next wave of cosmic evolutionary intelligence would reveal itself. Toward the Fifth Dimension Activating the three Bodies within the Cube Matrix

The human is meant to evolve into a holonomic energy capacitator and activator, working as a vital component in the whole system of the planet. CHC, Vol. II 1. Human consciousness is evolving toward the fifth-dimensional entity; this is the purpose and function of the cultivation of mind. The mind first localizes itself in the third dimension, and in the fourth dimension extends into states of continuing consciousness. Here, mind becomes engaged in creative meditation and super conscious functions that are composed of the third, fourth and fifth dimensions. 2. Through yoga and meditation we can bring the third-dimensional body into alignment with the fourth- and fifth dimensional bodies. This is the function of Synchrogalactic yoga (CHC Vol. VI) and all of the practices of the Law of Time. 3. All three bodies can be systematically activated within the living system of the 441 cube matrix, which is a function of the Law of Seven and the Law of Three (7 x 3 = 21); (21 = 441). The Law of Seven refers to the codes of creation that can be accessed through the seven chakras. The Law of Three is the law of evolutionary unfoldment that integrates the three bodies: third-dimensional physical body (body of the temple), ether fourth-dimensional body (body of destiny), and fifth-dimensional electronic rainbow body (body of radiance).

4. When we practice aligning and integrating our three bodies then we function as a triadic organism. Cosmic Science illustrates how the human is composed of types of electromagnetic fields with a gravitational foundation with high biopsychic potentiality.

The fourth-dimensional self is the spiritual/mental organizer. The third-dimensional self is the evolutionary vehicle of transformation. However, when the third-dimensional self resides exclusively in the unconscious, it merely identifies with the body and sensory

experience. This is the self that we are seeking to transcend (the self that repeats the same stories and programs over and over). 5. Discipline is essential to change. Regular practice and study help us engrave new patterns that when repeated on a daily basis over time changes our behavioral and mental patterns. This liberates the fourth-dimensional self to organize according to selfless universal principles of spiritual/ mental order. 6. Through consistent discipline and practice, the higher self descends as the lower self transcends. The third-dimensional chatter becomes subsumed in the mantle of the higher or fifth-dimensional self. The number of realized fifth-dimensional selves is relatively limited on this planet; though there may be 7 billion human entities, there are not 7 billion fifth-dimensional selves.

7. The fifth-dimensional self is the director of the fourth-dimensional etheric body that governs the third-dimensional performer; it waits patiently for the moment of self transcendence. Self transcendence is the main function and opportunity of studying and applying the teachings of Cosmic History, inclusive of the 441 cube matrix. 8. The Law of Time refers to the etheric fourth-dimensional being as a holon. The purpose of the holon is to allow the soul maneuverability or elasticity between shifting dimensions. The fifth dimensional entity is purely electronic and does not give origin to a perishable biological entity.

In other words, the fifth-dimensional entity is the eternal part of yourself that existed before birth and continues after deathyour immortal body. As an angelic entity, the fifth-dimensional self cannot deviate from Divine Will. 9. These three dimensional entities communicate to each other through the mind, namely through the six plus one mental spheres (see CHC, Vol. VI). The six + 1 mental spheres of consciousness are etherically congruent with the brain and serve as the computer or hardware of the mind. Each mental sphere has a different function in the thinking layer of the cosmos. Thinking layers are strata in the ocean of consciousness that interpenetrate the different dimensions.

The purpose of this Meditation is to generate a telepathic wave of love that connects ourselves with the center of the Earth, with the bipolar rainbow alternators that hold Earths magnetic fields in place, and with all of the other planetary kin who are doing the same meditation. By establishing this world-wide telepathic Earth wave we are creating a matrix of communication which brings the noosphere Earths mental envelope - ever closer into conscious manifestation. This matrix also provides a protective field of genuinely positive thought vibrations meant to maintain Earths resonant field in a state of harmony and peace.

Without leaving the house, one may know all there is in heaven and earth. Without peeping from the window, one may see the ways of heaven. Those who go out learn less and less the more they travel. Wherefore does the sage know all without going anywhere, see all without looking, do nothing and yet achieve (the Goal)! Purpose: Visualization/meditationTo experience the cubing of your soul as the method of its perfection.

1. Absolute Oceanic Consciousness. Think of this stage as the time when you were in the womb, the time before you were born. Go into that period of your life - pre-birth and even preconception, if you will. Feel and try to imagine how that might be like Absolute Oceanic Consciousness. Write down whatever comes to you about this time and how it is like absolute oceanic consciousness. 2. Birth of ego (which gives rise to unconscious and diminishing consciousness).

When does this occur? Why does ego create the unconscious? What is ego differentiation of self from the world identified with your body, Think of how that would create an unconscious realm, and then think, why does consciousness diminish with the birth and maintenance of the ego? Can you remember when you first thought of yourself as an individual attached to the name you were given at birth? Think how much a given name establishes or solidifies the ego. What if you had no name? Write down your reflections.
THE LORD CHRIST HAS SAID So every good tree bears good fruit; but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit; neither can a bad tree bear good fruit. Thus by their fruit you will know them. Matthew 7:17-20 Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you." Luke 6:27-28 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. When we get to the seven, which is the cube or the cubing of the soul, this creates the perfection of the human soul.
1. First stage of the perfection of the human soul, perfection of the perception of heaven corresponds to the top of the cube; 2. the second stage, perception of the meaning of Earth, corresponds to the bottom of the cube; 3. the third stage, perception of the meaning of light and vision, creates the front of the cube; 4. the fourth stage, meaning of darkness and dreaming, creates the back of the cube; 5. Perfection of the meaning of the orders of time creates the right side of the cube;

6. Perfection of the meaning of enlightenment and illumination creates the left side of the cube; 7. The center of the cube is the place of the perfection of the meaning of the souls perfecting itself. Purpose: To experience the number seven as a living reality.

Consider the number 7. What do you know about it? What is its significance? Why is seven considered a lucky number? Start considering and research the prevalence unconsciously or consciously of the social programs, even in historical materialism related to the number seven. Begin by listing as many sevens as possible: i.e. 7 days of the week, seventh heaven, seven deadly sins, etc. Consider how this is actually the power of the primordial seven, which is so indestructible that it survives in all of these other forms.

Purpose: Realizing a whole number ratio as the basis of a personal cosmology of seven becomes the Avatar!
Lets start with the number four. You have four extremities: two arms - a right day arm and left night arm; and two legs - a right day leg and left night leg. Let your arms reach into the cosmic sky, let your legs reach down into the cosmic Earth. Through these four extremities you are cosmically connected to the universal night and day. Now, lets make seven! Your body, the central axis of the universe from which the four extremities extend, has three principle parts: head, which holds the thinking center, chest, which contains the feeling and breathing center and the abdomen, which contains the processing plants. With the four extremities, these three principle body parts make seven. So, now we have the four is to seven - 4:7. You can think of the first part of this ratio as a demonstration of your body as a cosmic temple: think of the three parts - head, chest and abdomen - and what functions they perform for the circulation of universal life, while the four extremities connect the temple to heaven and earth. Now lets go to the 7:13, as seven is to thirteen. Staying with the body as the central axis, we see the neck and spine as the seventh articulation of the body, with six matching articulations on either side of it to make thirteen articulations in all, so then we have the 7:13 in the following way:

Right ankle 1 / Right knee 2 / Right hip 3/ Right wrist 4 / Right elbow 5 / Right shoulder 6 Neck and spine 7/ Left shoulder 8/ Left elbow 9/ Left wrist 10/ Left hip 11/ Left knee 12/ Left ankle 13

So with the four extremities and the three main body parts, along with the spine and the six articulations on either side, you can see how you literally embody the prime ratio of the Law of Time, 4:7 7:13! This will help you think of your body as a cosmic template. For instance, the thirteen articulations also mean your body is analogous to a wave spell, the form constant of fourth-dimensional time. Think of your body as the embodiment of cosmic time as well. See how the first 4:7 creates seven elements, while the second, 7:13 creates 13 for a sum total of 20 parts. Note then how this 20 is recapitulated in the 20 fingers and toes to make you a perfect 13:20 timing frequency embodiment.
Meditation should be directed toward the realization of oneness with God. Your entire attention should be given to the realization of God, always bearing in mind that the kingdom of God is within you, neither lo here nor lo there, but within you. Joel Goldsmith

Purpose: Experience Hierarchy, Channel the Seven Rays. Shambhala is organized by hierarchy, moving everything into a total pattern of true New Age vision. Hierarchy is the normal order of the universe. This is a methodical process. Ceremonial Magic is scientific in the way it represents an order in conformity with hierarchy and with the actual natural laws that govern the resonance of the noosphere and the biosphere with this in mind. You must understand your role as a seventh ray actor in the process of making the transition for the now disintegrated sixth ray civilization into the seventh ray order of ceremonial magic. To understand hierarchy better, think of yourself in relation to the sun. Think of the size and the grandeur of the sun. Think of yourself physically in relation to the sun. You are a mere cell of the planetary biosphere. Now think of the seven rays as thought beams channeled by the sun from yet a higher level source, and then channeled to and by you by process of attunement. Also note that each of your five major chakras has four seals, four colors and four directions associated with it: Red seal (E), White seal (N), Blue seal (W), Yellow seal (S). Now, transfer the visualization of the South Atlantic Ocean into your Solar Plexus. Feel that part of the earth broadcasting through your solar plexus.

Ceremonial magic is the practice of activating the noosphere. Since the noosphere is coordinated by the Law of Time, it can be activated both on a daily basis and according to your own knowledge of who you are in the Dream spell. Do you understand what experience is signified by each of the six mental spheres? Consider preconscious as literally the same as deep, dreamless sleep. Though you are not aware, your bodily autonomic functions are all active. The unconscious is the vast storehouse of dreams and visions, which only arise when some trigger occurs. The conscious is your normal, everyday waking state. It is literally moment-to-moment. The continuing conscious is cultivated through the experience of meditation and concentration in conjunction with the system of codes which define the synchronic order. The super conscious is characterized by those experiences in which our mind seems to expand far beyond the limitations of our skin and our ego, to encompass all time and the Universe. These are the glimpses that we have of super consciousness. Finally, subliminal conscious is experienced as those peripheral experiences like dj vus, fleeting flashes of past or future lives. The goal is to begin to understand how your inner chakra system and ether structure functions. Only when you gain a thorough understanding of your own energy system can you become a conscious facilitator of the transformation of the planetary mental field. Another area of multidimensional par normality related to the previous exercise is what is referred to as hypnologic reverie. It is best to do this exercise during the day, but when you are a slight bit sleepy. Lie down somewhere comfortable and close your eyes. Stay as conscious as possible while letting your body relax, Feel yourself becoming heavier, while keeping your awareness intact. Take special note of how this state (between waking and dreaming) feels as you will want to become more and more familiar with it. You want to find the point or the intermediated state between waking consciousness and sleep. You may note that there are very rapid streams of images. You might even hear words, conversations, or sounds.

To attain paranormal powers requires exertion, discipline of mind and effort and even then the effort is not to attain powers. One area of multidimensional par normality that we may take for granted is dreaming. Take into account that there is another life that you live over there when you are fast sleep over here. Learning to become a waking dreamer can do wonders in altering your here-and-now reality. If you dont already have one, it is helpful to keep a dream journal in order to be more aware of your nighttime activity. Record your dreams first thing upon awakening as that is when your level of retention is at its peak. If you follow these instructions on a regular basis (minimum 28 days), you will begin to experience yourself becoming increasingly awake in your dreams. Be respectful of whatever dream characters that you may encounter or in whatever dream environment that you may find yourself in. In this way, you will more easily be able to learn, grow and remember on the astral plane. The key is to use your creativity to become familiar with the Earth as a living system. If you really study, you will be amazed at what starts to unravel for you!

THE ILLUMINATION TECHNIQUE, or Meditation on the Twin Hearts, is a technique to achieve Buddha consciousness or cosmic consciousness or illumination. It is also a form of service to the world because the world is harmonized to a certain degree by blessing the entire earth with loving kindness.7 Meditation on the Twin Hearts is based on the principle that some of the major chakras are entry points or gateways to certain levels or horizons of consciousness. To achieve illumination or Buddha consciousness, it is necessary to fully activate the crown chakra. The crown chakra, when fully activated, becomes like a cup. To be more exact, the twelve inner petals open and turn upward like a cup to receive spiritual energies which are distributed to other parts of the body.

Collecting the energy gathers up the excess chi in the body and stores it in the navel. It protects your body organs from accumulating too much energy. To do this, concentrate on your navel as you place your right fist there. Then rotate your fist thirty-six times clockwise, allowing the circle to grow larger until it is no more than six inches in diameter (not higher than the heart nor lower than the pelvis). Then reverse the direction of rotation and rotate twenty-four times in a counterclockwise direction, gradually shrinking the circle until it returns to the navel. A woman reverses the order of rotation, first rotating counterclockwise thirty-six times and reversing the direction and shrinking the circle while rotating clockwise twenty-four times back to the navel. To determine direction imagine a clock at your navel.

Imagine being able to perform all of the services provided by the Internet through your own mind, communicating with anyone you wish, anywhere in this world or any other world at any given time.

Imagine having instant access to all of the astral libraries on any subject at any given time. Think about the Internet and make a list of its most useful characteristics and functions, such as: 1. Communicate with anyone anywhere instantaneously 2. Obtain any past recorded information on any subject 3. Obtain lists of subject categorization Consider that every thought form that you have contains an electrical charge. Positive thoughts contain positive charges. Negative thoughts contain negative charges. Remember that all though forms or created matter have a particular spin. The energy permutation patterns of each particular spin are stitched together by the sixth dimension. Now consider that the fifth dimension is purely an electrical construct--every molecule has its electrical charge. This energy is transferred by electronic resonance to the fourth dimension. Therefore, the only way to access these higher dimensions is by keeping your third-dimensional thought forms super positive. The fifth dimensional entity monitors both the living substance of life as well as the energetic component of pure atomic molecular life. First, spend some time contemplating your three-part entity: third, fourth, and fifthdimensional. Invoke your fifth dimensional, which is a purely electronic being. Now think of the crude third-dimensional types of functions that electricity is used for in the modern worldlike neon lights, elevators, carnival rides, etc. This concentrated effort of positive change will spontaneously open you into higher dimensions. Remember that all of the dimensions are already present here and now. However, the higher dimensions are only knowable through the mind, which is the medium of consciousness (just as space is the medium of the mind). Every time that you are confronted with any type of decision or reaction (no matter how small it may seem), see if you can stop yourself in the moment in order to access the highest form of action, or nonaction.

In looking over your sphere of influence how much of it is useful for the evolution of your body/mind/spirit? Consider what type of influence each person or thing has in your overall attitude or mental environment. Set aside some time when you will be alone and undisturbed for a given duration. It is recommended to first do this ceremony alone in order to keep the mind field focused and pure. For maximum efficiency, first make a detailed outline of your ceremony, inclusive of a statement of intention. The main goal is to activate the highest unified vision of UR as the ultimate spiritual simplification of the human race, which is the primary Universal Recollection/Universal Religion. View: For this exercise, the view is Planet Earth and all of her inhabitants. You might want to begin your ceremony by lighting candles, incense etc. and stating aloud your intention. You will be heard. Meditation: Contemplate the view and use your focused power of meditation to single pointedly envision all of the people on our planet (you can later expand out but for the sake of focus we will stick to the planet that we now inhabit). Really see all of these people in their day to day lives. Imagine what their living conditions might be. Feel with compassion their sufferings. It is helpful to have a world map out in front of you in order to help with this meditation. Conduct: You may want to create certain affirmations of healing and remembrance to speak aloud to all of the people of the world. Send them thoughts of care and compassion.
