The Group's strength lies in its ability to provide a wide bouquet of integrated logistics services across the world, through their network of own offices in India and overseas.
The Group is well positioned to take advantage of its global delivery capability through its wide spread network (proposed to be expanded to 60 own offices across the world and 75 franchisee offices in 60 countries and 30 own offices in India) and its experience in operating and handling various services across the logistics value chain. With the development of Singapore as the hub for the international logistics business and the development of a new 'machine to machine needle to needle' business model, St. John is poised to achieve leadership status in the SCM & 3PL business.

'State of the art' CFS Park, built conforming to International Standards at Tuticorin strategically located on the Harbour Express Way, within 7 km from the Tuticorin Port Over 250,000 sq. ft of Warehouse space including bonding facility, sprawling over 70 acres including Open-Bonding facility. Over 200,000 sq. ft area of container stacking yard Handling over 80,000 TEUs per annum in Tuticorin. Fully automated Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) facility, supported by adequate infrastructure facilities. International Standard security arrangements ensure security of cargo. First CFS in the country to get portside ICD status to provide all Export Import pre and post shipment services under one roof. First portside ICD / CFS facility in India to receive ISO 9002 standards from BVQI, ISO-9001-2000 standards from DNV & IKEA I-WAY certification for systems & socio-environmental standards.

Feeder
In January 2007, the Company started Container Feeder operations on the Tuticorin-Colombo biweekly sailing sector and currently commands about 32% market share in the sector. Chennai Colombo weekly sailing was started in June 2009. Market share of about 28% in this sector. The combined capacity of the vessels deployed by the company is about 3500 TEUs.

NVOCC
In 2004, the Company started its NVOCC operations. Currently the company owns about 1000+ TEUs and leases about 2000 TEUs. Operates in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia and U.A.E. St.John Lines Pte Ltd is the market leader for Tuticorin- and Chennai- Colombo sectors, capturing about 80% of the market. We are enhancing our own inventory to 35,000 TEU's across Jebel Ali, Singapore, Bangkok, China, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea, Indonesia, Upper Gulf ports, Pakistan & Maldives by 2015

Stevedoring
Leader in handling sugar and timber cargo ex-Tuticorin. Recipient of the award from Tuticorin Port Trust for handling the Highest Bulk / Break Bulk volume. Currently, Stevedoring operations are undertaken in Tuticorin and Chennai and the Group plans to expand to Kochi (by 2012) and Kandla (by 2015) ports . Will extend Tuticorin stevedoring operations to handle iron ore, coal and other bulk commodities by 2011/12 with mechanized material handling systems. Holds National Record of discharging over 8000 MCBM of Timber logs per day and record of discharging over 12,000 tons of Import Sugar per day

FIEO-MoU
Signed an MOU with Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO) as their Exclusive Partner for warehousing and distribution at Antwerp, Belgium and other countries.
Known popularly as "FIEO", this apex body of Indian export promotion organizations was set up jointly by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and private trade and industry in the year 1965. FIEO is thus a partner of the Government of India in promoting Indias exports. This MOU is a confirmation of the Group's growing presence in Antwerp and is expected to bring significant benefits in terms of increased flow in business from exporters and would offer the Group better visibility and scale of operations in Antwerp. Further, the Company expects to enter into a similar MOU with FIEO for extension of operations to USA.

TEA-St.John
LOGISTICS
Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA) was established in the year 1990 for exporters of cotton knitwear who have production facilities in Tirupur. TEA has a membership of 691 life members and 155 associate members.
The joint venture has been created to provide integrated logistics and distribution solutions in Europe to knitwear exporters based in Tirupur. This joint venture is expected to bring significant benefits in terms of increased flow in business from Tirupur and will offer the Group better visibility and scale of operations in Antwerp.
