CDP 2ND DISTRICT OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY ORGANIZED

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, PHILIPPINES. SEPTEMBER 6, 2012: The 2nd

District of Cagayan de Oro City of the Centrist Democratic Party (CDP) was formally organized yesterday, September 5, 2012, at the 2nd floor Mcdo, Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City, with the attendance of required number of core members present for a district council meeting.

Celestino B. Ocio III was unanimously elected as the District Chairman in a secret ballot election. The other officers elected were the following: Genevieve F. Queppet, Deputy Chairperson; Oscar Sebastian Caia, District Secretary; Richie Neri Concepcion , Deputy District Secretary; Dr. Vincent O. Tero, District Treasurer and Richard Nixon A. Baban, District Deputy Treasurer.

My being elected as the new district chairman carries with it huge responsibility; but I will accept it hoping that in the near future the young people in Cagayan de Oro City will soon have the taste of authentic political parties., says the newly elected district chairman.

The newly elected officers will take an oath during the upcoming 4th Regional Assembly of the CDP Northern Mindanao on September 8, 2012 at the Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

The Regional Chairman of the CDP Northern Mindanao and concurrently the District Chairman of the 1st district of Cagayan de Oro City, Mr. Jordan Jay Colorado Antolin along with other district officers and member of the 1st district of Cagayan de Oro City showed their support to the newest district assembly established.
