This evening, August 22, it appeared again. It really occurs, begins in the constructive point of FTE event (characterized with much lower intensity of the similar symptoms we can find in obstructive or destructive point-like much tinner voices or talking of the people). Because it appeared in the same time as the tiny voices, so they were indicator of constructive point, so, it was prove and confirmation again, that sound or high tone in the FTE is also appeared in that point-on the beginning of the positive phase: that was the reason I called that point constructive, because the tone were building, constructed in that point. So, as I said, this tone may vary in duration: can last for even the basic FTE of 13-17 seconds, but often it lasts for several connected these basic events, about two minutes. Sometimes and more minutes, and sometimes and longer periods (even and whole night, it seemed to me one day). But, more often in duration of about two minutes-lesser or more. It always finished in the obstructive point, marking the beginning of much shorter negative phase of event. This sound or monotony higher tone, in its point of constructed is really like a tone of a alien spaceship in Speilberg`s movie with famous Evil`s Tower. It begins with one or two (or several) deeper tones, vary short, and then the higher tone is coming in the scene and lasts the rest of the time. So, the beginning of FTE sound is like a chord (two or three connected tones), just as in the movie. So, I developed the hypothesis that this is the sound originally produced within FTE, as a selfproduct or derivate of string. There can not be some sort of a great factory aggregate, because it makes no sense (to work all night, for example). Also, I heard and much higher the beginnings tones one afternoon, like a short melody. It can not be neither the derivate of working of some giant telescope or radio telescope, even and those of HAARP system. Similar to ring, I concluded that this tone is not only above my region, but that it is probably is spreading through the ring and thus could be heard everywhere on the planet, or in the more sensitive regions, as my region of my town, famous for having a natural sources of geo termal mineral water; some findings of uranium on the mount Bukulja above the town; white marble on the mount Vencac also about the town-that white marble is world unique, so one can find it for example in the White House, or in the world famous airports, like Hitrow etc.; some crossings of the winds, called the rouse of the winds; cage of neandertalic prehistoric men etc. So, maybe this and ideal region for this tone to be heard. Two possibilities only rested: the tone is of non terrestrial source and the tone is originally generated within the FTE event itself. The first possibility I considered in terms of some earlier observed phenomena, such as an Big Bang echo phenomenon. But, I choose the second option: the tone is selfproduct of FTE. But, maybe I made an mistake. Because, this possibility sounds a little bit fantastic. The second reason appeared this night. Namely, about 9pm, this tone appeared again after more than 10 days. I can hear from my background, but also and from a small like a valley below my house and yard. So, it seems like it is coming from the yard of neighbouring house or yard. So, this night I heard within the tone and several separate deeper tones, like the sirens of the old steam-engine ships that used to flow down the Missisipi river. After listen more carefully, with more attention, I concluded that these deeper tone had a form. So, I recognized a Morse code like sounds and form: two longer tones (dash or dah) then two shorter tones, like two dots (or dits) in Morse code; then again this scheme and after that several lonely longer tones. Like the straight lines in Morse code. So, this was a FTE telegraph, or FTElegraph. So, I

changed my mind. I now suppose that some non terrestrial civilisation are trying to communicate with us using the common Universe property such as FTE event, or ring, or string, as I explained my assumption that FTE is the same, unique phenomenon for all the Universe, maybe and more. So, this was the attempt of a coding message. The aliens probably are discovering the Morse code of our planet and trying to use this code, familiar to us on the Earth, in order to send us a communicable message that we can understand! Probably, these tones were their first steps in learning the Morse code! So, I will now try to find out the meaning of the scheme of tones I observed and heard, by looking at a Morse code and reconstructing the possible message from the space. Let us see: Morse code scheme-so, it is letter Z, twice times: ZZ, and several longer lines (dashes) can be letter T (several times T), or O (three lines, and I observed maybe three or four these tones, but maybe and six, so maybe there were two OO), or two or three M (two lines). An that was it. So, possible massages are: ZZ T T T T; ZZ O; ZZ OO; ZZ MM; ZZ MMM. Also and combination of O and M: ZZ O M; or ZZ OO M; or ZZ O MM etc. This according to International Morse code. In American Morse two lines and two dotes are number 7, while one line, or two lines are T (one line), M (two lines) or even and some longer line for L. So, maybe this L are two lines, and two dotes are to shorter lines, or letter I (two closed dotes). Message can be and this like: 77 TT 77 TT T T T T; 77 TT 77 TT M M M; or 77 II 77 II T T T T; 77 II 77 M M M; LLI LLI L L L; LLI T T T T T T; LLI M M M; LLI; TTI TTI and T, M, L variations; also and MI and variation, or 7 and LMTI variations etc. And in continental Morse: M and number 7, in variations. So, this is a structure of the possible Morse telegraph message. The message has no meaning. But, maybe I did not heard all of the tones, because there was a time during which I was not aware of their existence, thus whole event was very short, no more then two or several minutes. So, maybe our friends form the space are only beginning to learn our communications codes. The first one is, of course, Morse, because of using of radio-waves (radiotelegraphy), that is the nature of the common FTE Universe medium or media. So, maybe it is ZOOM, or number 77 if they are up to American version of Morse code. But, it is fact that they are trying to communicate with us, to send us a message, using and discovering the communicated code that we have, and that is similar to their media, and the only their media is FTE, through which structure they are trying to communicate with us, in order to give even and only a signal of their presence and notion of their existence and their discovering of our existence and presence in space! Because, maybe the discovery of the Earth and are too a big discovery and for them, especially when they realised that there is an intelligent life on the Earth! So, they try to communicate with us using the FTE event, thinking that we must to know about it and that it is a property of the whole Universe or and of their galaxy and common, universal Universe medium or media to communicate through among the planets. They produced the on high tone, several deeper tones in constructing of a higher one, in a result familiar to chord, and also and several higher tones (that I also heard, as mentioned) trying to form some simple melody (like in Spielberg`s movie). So, maybe and this tones have some code and thus and meaning. But, they suddenly discovered that we have an code on the basis on radio or electromagnetic waves, that is an much familiar to them, who use the FTE medium of the same nature. So, they started to learn this code, Morse code and are trying to send us message: first one, that they are learning our code so there will a greater opportunity for our two civilisation to make a sense communication and second, maybe and on this level of knowing the Morse code they are trying to send us some rudimentary sensible message, for example of number 77! Etc. So, I will and in the future listening to the FTE tones and for possible future messages of FTEelgraph. But, it is obvious to me,

that some intelligence life from the outer space are trying to make a intelligent contact with us, to communicate with us using the possibilities and nature of FTE: to generate musical tones, that can be some kind of sort or attempt to make the first contact or communication, because of the universality of music and melodies, and on the higher level, for now, and to decode the radio waves Morse scheme in attempt to gain the higher level of understandibile contact and communication with us. I think they are trying very hard in their attempts: they are doing their best, maybe and more of that, because they are beginning to know us really good discovering and learning one of our the most famous communication code, the Morse code. They came to the stadium of observing of our communication code, so that must be a huge result in their attempts, because of using of only one tool in this process: a common FTE event! They are discovering us, and sure getting to know us better and better every each day! I do not know if this my observation is the first one concerning the possible communication between people and non terrestrial intelligent form of life. But, we may try to communicate with the, to answer them using the Morse code, because they have already adopted it! So, maybe with some giant radio telescope we can send the radio signals in Morse code right into the FTE ring or event! And to wait for their response too! August 22, 2012
Aliens said: Hi!, using the Bing Bang echo wave So, last night (August 29, 2012), I heard again the Morse signs, coming from the neighboring house, from the house I first noticed it was coming from, and from several other places. I surprised when I identified two dots or dits repeating for the three times, saying Hi!. I thought there is a new message from aliens, and that they are really getting to know Morse code better, because that was a completely new combination of dashes and dots! So, these are not tones from piano. They are really independent tones, appearing within FTE. Because, this is an earlier insight about high FTE tone: namely, I noticed that sometimes this tone is appearing as it is coming from the house yards. These new tones of Morse code are also appeared to coming from the yard (when looking from the valley) of one neighboring house, and last night from the direction of the house just across my house! So, I recognize some pattern of these tones: it looks like as alien use the house yards to launch the tones they are sending! As for the high FTE tone, as, I a saw last night, and for the tones of Morse code (very empty the same deep tones, like the Morse signs, and it looks like they are independent, that they are not belong to FTE high tone). So, it was enough prove from me that and these empty tones are from extra terrestrial origin, probably, this time using the waves of the phenomenon that we know as a Big Bang echo. During last summer I developed and conclusion that we are probably observed or monitoring of an aliens. I thought they could use two sources for this purpose: Big Bang echo (that I recognize in the first neighboring house-from which direction I heard the Morse tones last night and string or FTE. So, it is very obvious that they are using these two channels. But, this time and to send us a message in Morse code. So, the same empty tones I have heard, just around my window, and during the last summer-winter. When I heard these same tones again a few days ago from the valley, I realized they are coding signs, and that they are not belong to the third source as I have doubt. They

sounded different and from the high tone FTE. But, I decided to put them within this high tone. But, last night I discovered they are really independent tones. When I heard them from my first neighboring house, that I already, last summer, marked as a target of a Big Bang echo monitoring from space, I was sure these tones are not belong to the piano, as I concluded, because there is really a girl in that second house who is practicing piano in the early evening hours, at the same time these tones appearing also, although not and every night. The second thing: these tones are empty and looks like deep tones on piano, but, ended they are to empty-without the color of the tone or personality of music instrument piano tone, that means they are not belong to piano at all! Because, it is very strange that girl, while playing the piano, realizing always the same sounded deep tone, and not and some higher deeper tones as well, during her practice! Also, these tones are stronger, louder of the piano tones (you hear only these tones clear, but very little of piano sounds, so I concluded that they are using the piano as some kind of covering for their effort to communicate with us, as well as the presence of the some people, connected with living in some houses. Namely, while my first neighbors were on the vacation during the period August 10 till 20, as I wrote, the high FTE tone disappeared. When they returned it appeared again. Similar they use for covering and people, and houses, and yards, and instrument tones, to create an illusion that these tones are not from the space, or as a only way to launch their owns tones, high one or Morse coded ones) looked as attempt to sound as they are coded. So, when I noticed them this summer I recognize, respectively, the Morse code scheme. Except of number 77, that night I could decode anymore. So, as I wrote, I found that in both Universal and American Morse code scheme two dots are mark for letter H and two two dots, or for dots are mark for I. There were and much other tones, but I remembered these six short tones, dotes, also and their rhythm. I was hopin this could be some more precise message. So, I made combination of these six dots as H (two dots) and I (four dots) and got simply: Hi! (the people on the Earth). They said Hi! to us, using the Morse code! There were and other tones, but I did not remember their structure. This means they become very good in the Morse code, so we can expect and new messages from the space. August 30, 2012
