EVALUASI KINERJA INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR PRODUKSI II (IPA KUDU) PDAM KOTA SEMARANG
Instalasi Pengolahan Air Kudu PDAM Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu instalasi yang bertanggung jawab dalam penyediaan air bersih di Semarang. Air baku maupun air produksi tersebut harus memenuhi baku mutu yang sudah ditetapkan dengan berbagai parameter uji didalamnya. Peningkatan kebutuhan air bersih yang terus meningkat di masyarakat, maka sudah tentu hal tersebut senantiasa mendapat perhatian dari pihak PDAM Semarang. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi, IPA Kudu Kota Semarang perlu melakukan beberapa perubahan antara lain dengan mengadakan evaluasi kinerja unit bangunan pada Instalasi Pengolahan Air. Hal ini penting karena evaluasi ini belum pernah dilakukan di IPA Kudu PDAM Kota Semarang. Evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi lapangan dengan parameter kualitas air dan parameter kinerja instalasi pengolahan air. Hasil evaluasi kinerja Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) Kudu, didapatkan bahwa kinerja instalasi pengolahan air sudah sesuai dengan parameter kualitas air maupun parameter kinerja instalasi pengolahan air. Kualiats air baku yang digunakan secara keseluruhan masih memenuhi persyaratan PP No. 82 Tahun 2001, sedangkan untuk kualitas air produksi sudah memenuhi persyaratan Permenkes No. 492/Menkes/Per/2010 tentang syarat-syarat dan pengawasan kualitas air. STUDY OF SECOND PRODUCTION WATER TREATMENT PLANT (IPA KUDU) PERFORMANCE IN PDAM SEMARANG
Kudu water treatment plant is one of the water suppliers in the Semarang city which is responsible for the water supply. The raw water or drinking water should meet the standard regulation, with many parameters. Due the increasing steed of clear water in the society, the WTP Kudu Semarang pays more attention to the ways of supplying it. As the effort to increase production, WTP Kudu Semarang has made several changes, by conducting performance evaluations on the water treatment. It is important because this evaluation has not been done by WTP Kudu Semarang, and it is beneficial to improve the service to the costumer. The results of performance evaluation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Kudu, it was found that the performance of water treatment plant is in compliance with water quality parameters and performance parameters of the water treatment plant. The quality of raw water used as a whole still meets the requirements of Regulation No. 82/2001, while for the water quality of production meets the requirements Permenkes No. 492/Menkes/Per/2010 about the conditions and water quality monitoring.
