work after plea are billed at the additional rate of $250 per hour or per appearance whichever is
more. Attorney provides opinion but does not guarantee specific results. Fees for a jury trial
must be paid substantially in advance of trial or attorney is allowed to withdraw. If matter
requires a trial or preparation for trial, then minimum is $250 per hour for work both in court
and out of court and fee is considered earned and owed after preparing for trial even if case is
dismissed or pled out. Basic rate is $250 per hour or appearance whichever is more. Attorney
bills for all work due upon receipt or notice. Final fee may be more or less than estimate.
