NFS Tournament Rules -Competition Method: 4 players per race knockout -Game Type: Circuit, sprint -Host, client

will be announced before the match or decided by coin toss/chits. -At the end of each match, players must maintain the final screens and receive c onfirmation from a referee. -Winning a race: The winner of a race is the last player remaining -In case of equal finish time for both players the race is to be restarted. -The use of Porsche GT and BMW M3 are NOT allowed. 1.) The players will be divided into groups of 4. 2.) The race course** will be given on the spot. 3.) The grid positions will be random as in normal game. 4.) Players coming 1st and 2nd will qualify for the next phase. 5.) In case of a tie with 1st player both of them qualify for the next round but a tie with the 2nd player will result in a Re-race between the concerned two of them. -Semifinals: 1.) Winner is decided by who wins best 2 out of 3 circuit races courses 3 laps e ach. 2.) The 3 circuits are decided by the players Using their VETO power. (1 VETO to each player to eliminate a race course from the 5 specified ) -Finals: The players will have to race on all the 5 circuit . The player to win the best 3 races out of 5 wins. -Car Settings 1) Visual Upgrade allowed. 2) Part, Performance (Pro, Super Pro, Ultimate) allowed, Junkman not allowed 3) Personal saved files are NOT allowed. 4) The provided saved file must be used for car setting. Game Setting -Courses: Diamond, Dunwich Bay, Heritage Heights, Bay Bridge, East Park ,NFS wor ld loop -Race Mode Options: Circuit 1) Track Direction: Forward 2) N20: Off for the First Phase only* 3) Collision Detection: Off 4) Performance Matching: Off 5) Min Num. Players: 4 -Player Options 1) Game Moment Camera: Off 2) Car Damage: Off 3) Rearview Mirror: Players own discretion Disconnect -Disconnection: Any disconnection of the connection between match players due to System, Network, PC, and/or Power problems/issues -Intentional Disconnection: Upon judgment by the referee, any offending player w ill be charged with a loss by forfeit -When any disconnection occurs:

1) If the disconnection is deemed to be unintentional by the referee, the match will be restarted. If any player does not agree to a match restart, that player will lose by default. Penalty for Unfair Play -Unfair play 1) Use of any cheat program 2) Intentional disconnection 3) Use of any settings exceeding standard and permitted settings 4) If the match is disrupted due to unnecessary chatting, the player may be give n a warning or lose by default at the referees sole discretion. -Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, that player will be disqualified from the tournament. -During the course of any match, the operations staff and/or referee may determi ne other actions to be unfair play at any time. -Two warnings constitute being disqualified from the tournament. -Organizers decision will be final. These rules are for the NFS MW Championship and are subject to modification by t he organizer.
