Supplies have been consistent with good quality arriving from Canada and the new York. Market conditions are stable. Cauliflower supplies are tight as demand increases. Markets are steady as California levels and Michigan produces lighter supplies. Quality is good. Corn supply is steady with supplies from New York. Quality is good. Cucumber markets are easier as supply moves to North Carolina. Eggplant markets are steady. Supplies and quality are good. Markets are steady. Quality is fair to good Markets are steady. Good supplies. Lettuce markets have stabilized with limited instances of mold and tip burn. Quality and weights have been average. All lettuces are showing fair quality with ample supplies. Leaf markets are slower. Quality has been fair to good. Some tip burn has been evident. Romaine quality has improved. Markets are stable with good quality being reported. Spring mix quality has been good. Supplies are sufficient to meet demand. Stronger supplies of most mushrooms with good quality. Markets have slowed with increased supply. Crops will be less than last year keeping the market strong. New York and Michigan will be extremely light due to last seasons weather. California growing areas are in full swing. Markets are weaker with strong supplies. The supply has stabilized in the various growing regions. Color and quality are good. Tighter supplies from Gautemala as quality issues increase. Markets have strengthened as production slows down. Quality is fair. Pack sizes will be smaller as the crop begins to slow. Markets are stable with fair quality. Supplies are good. Markets have tightened. Quality is fair with heavy bruising noted. We are on the downside of strawberry harvesting. Stemberries are not forecasted for two weeks. Supplies on stems are extremely limiteduntil Santa Maria begins in two weeks. Quality overall is good. Crops will be gapping in the next two weeks. Look for stronger markets with limited supplies. Brix has been averaging 13 with good internal gold color.
