As a Head of Department of Electronics and Communications it gives me great pleasure to introduce Mr. Ankit Vora whom I know for the past four years as student at our college. During this period, I was his teacher for various subjects. In this long association I had ample opportunity to assess his professional and personal abilities and I must say Mr. Ankit has shown excellent interest in his entire academic and projects as well. He is a person with very good grasping and analyzing capabilities. He has attended my lectures on Digital communication in 6th semester, Digital Signal Processing in 7th semester and Data Communication and Networking in 8th semester. He designed the hardware circuit for his final year project and programmed it on his own. That project was titled as GEO-FENCING. Other than his academics he is also one of the best students in the extra-curricular activities and project works. Though it affected his studies at some extent in 2nd & 3rd year of the college but he also represented our college in various inter college competitions such as technical and non-technical events. He is successful in implementing mini-projects during his third year such as FM transmitter. He has very good Oratorical powers and is excellent manager, which was instrumental in his arranging many tech-fest and social parties like the Fresher Day in the second year and the Farewell Party in the final year. As a student he was dedicated to his assignments given to him and finished them on time. He has also delivered seminars in his college days. Proficiency in English through knowledge of the subject coupled with the style of his teaching in a clear and lucid manner made his seminars very interesting and informative. Mr. Ankit is a reliable and disciplined person. Further he has the capacity of adapting himself to the new and challenging environment. With these strengths and his co-operative nature, I firmly believe you would make him a successful candidate for pursuing higher studies in your University. A clear thinking, level headed and individual is how I describe Mr. Ankit Vora. This quality of him became evident during my interaction with him, as an Assistant Professor taking his lectures on Digital logic design & Micro-controller in 3rd and 5th semester respectively. My acquaintance with him, spread over 4 years, has given me an opportunity to observe him closely and judge his capabilities. A student with excellent ability for logical and intuitive thinking, he has proved himself to be a talented and brilliant student. His ability to understand a problem and to conceptualize & analyze a situation needs a special mention. Apart from being technically sound, Mr. Ankit has shown a penchant for grasping and visualizing practical difficulties and this, per se, makes him a potential student. From beginning he is more on projects and practical side. Though Ankit found it difficult to cope in 2nd and 3rd year semesters, I was satisfied with his performance of last semester. He had some difficulties in studies due to his participation in various inter college events and organising some tech-fests but his practical and project work were true potential. It gives me pleasure in writing the letter of recommendation for Mr. Ankit vora. I have been interacting with him since last two years and I know him as a Professor. I have taught him Microwave Engineering in 7th semester. After studying in my class for a semester, he has become well-versed in several topics of Microwave engineering including transmission line, waveguides, antennas, RADAR, conventional microwave sources and microwave monolithic ICs. I have guided him for his project on Relay Chattering in 7th semester. He made this project for Servotronics Limited as a part of their curriculum. He has involved himself in numerous organizations both in the campus and outside. As a believer in social justice he has been actively engaged in community activities. He has shown tremendous energy and boundless enthusiasm to participate, plan and organize various intra and intercollegiate events. He always strived to be the leader and set an example to his peers.
