Animation development fond is holding the 4th animated film festival Tofuzi in Batumi cinema Apolo form 3 to 6 October. In Contests and Informational Programs will be presented 115 films from 42 Countries Nominations: Grand Prix; The Best Adult Film The Best Animation for children The Best Animation created by Children The Best Experimental Film The Best TV series The Best Debut The Best Animated Film created by Students The Best Internet Film The Best Directory The Best Scenario The Best Music The Best Technique The winner of the festival will be revealed by International Jury, Children Jury and Internet users. We must mention that from 20th of September on video portal www.myvideo.ge/tofuzi started displaying and voting for animation films, the results will be on Festival conclusion. In the scopes of Festival will be presented MIFASI WORKSHOP, where children form Batumi Art Schools during 4 days will have opportunity to observe animation creation process and take part in creation of short animated film. Also will be presented Master Classes: Meeting with Author (visitors will meet with the winner of Tofuzi 2011). Organizing Film Creating Process (mobilization of technological, human and financial resources during project Fairy Tales from the Worlds Nations ) The children from Telavi, Zugdidi, Borjomi, Khobi and Batumi art schools are invited on festival and they will present their films created during MIFASI WORKSHOP in scopes of Eco Tofuzi. The French Institute will present program of short animation films in format of Movies in Open Air The partners of the festival are: Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia; Ministry of Education, Culure and Sports of Ajara; Georgian National Film Center; Municipality of Telavi; City Hall of Kutaisi; Municipality of Zugdidi; Municipality of Khobi; Municipality of Borjomi; MIFASI Ltd.
