Queue Handling (SMQ2) Case-1 In the queue you get below error ( Err:Geben Sie die Mengeneinheit ein

that is Unit of measuring is missing) In this case ta e the object ID (ORDER Number) say in the above screen shot 1103 15275 now SE16 Table Z44IT_MA_RM_MSG. enter the object id and see the detailed e rror. Normally this error is due to faulty material code in the confirmation. Th at material code you will get in this table. Find the alternative material for t his from the excel file.

Double clic on the line for details

Now chec this material in the excel file.

Then in the queue double clic select the first line function module and press on debugging button at the top right corner change the line to 1. Double clic o n ET_CONF_MATERIAL chec the fault material and double clic on it and replace i t with new material from the excel. Repeat the same step for other faulty materi als in the confirmation if any. Press F8. Some time information pop up will come just ignore it. And refresh the Queue. Note Below screen shot is only for understanding. in this example we need to co nsider material number 80059200 instead of 4653929 in the screen shot Note: Please chec the description of the new material. If it is wor ing hours ( if the description is Arbeitswert 15 Min SC) it means 1 quantity is 15 mints. If let us say total wor ing hour is 60 mints then quantity will be 60/15 that is 4 . Once you change the material then record it in the excel file available in the p ortal.

Case- 2 In The below Shown Screen shot Error is Due to two Concurrent users are trying t o update the Assignment in the Clic Schedule database. Solution to this is: Please Reprocess the Queues. Select the Queue and clic on unloc Icon

and reprocess/refresh the Queue.

Case-3 Error Occurred During the Ibase Updation . Solution : reprocess the Queues.

CASE - 4 ERROR : Error is due to status of the order in clic . Un expected error : order status is assigned. In this case order system expects status of the order in clic to be Transferred n this case status is assigned. Solution: log on to Clic scheduler find the order (in this case 110178619) and right clic on the order and set the status as Transferred. And then reprocess the queue again and refresh.

In case Queue name starts with BC_Z44IT* then it is related to Business connecto r Between CRM and Clic . In such cases just restart the queue and refresh. Case -6 In case R3AD_SALESCONTRACT, queues just delete it. CASE- 7 Error is : Product is not allowed to use in sale transactions. This error is Due to bloc ing status of the material in the master in sales view . COMMPR01 In this case write bac to bac office for suggestion. There are two possibiliti es one is bac office will provide alternative material and in debug mode change the material and refresh the Queue. Other is that bac office will unloc the material and you can just restart and
