Preserving Lives and Environment with Organic Farming

Farming dates back its beginning thousands of years ago, with its progress and improvements primarily driven by culture, climate and most especially technology. Agriculture, which is also known as farming relates to fungi, animals, plants and other life forms of cultivation in order to maintain life. With these driving factors, the techniques used to expand lands are in force to raise domestic class. It involves irrigation for plants and rangeland for raising farm animals. Today, with so many improvements, industrial agriculture utilizes large scale monoculture while maintaining permaculture. In the modern farming, the application of pesticides and fertilizers, plant breeding, plant breeding, agronomy, and technological advancements have enormously increased the cultivation yields, but at the same time have caused negative human health effects and ecological damage. In the 21st century, Organic Farming has been used in various productions to improve human lives and environment. The positive approach of natural farming has utilized plants to produce bioplastics, pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals and biofuels. They are also used in the production of foods which include meat, vegetables, cereals and fruits. In the manufacturing segment, the application has extended in the creation of fibers such as flax, wool, cotton, silk and hemp to make various products. So whats the importance and advantages of natural farming? Provides sustainability. This process aims at producing crops and raising livestocks while preserving the ecological balance. They prevent pest problems and fertility of soil. Soil preservation. Organic practices that include Inter-cropping, organic fertilizers, crop rotations, symbiotic associations, and cover crops enhance improvement of soil formation and structure, soil fauna and flora, and in creation of a more stable system. Organic fertilizers such as green manure, Mens Clothing animal manure and compost, enhance water infiltration and soil structure. They avoid groundwater pollution. It contributes to improvement on global warming and greenhouse effect. It increases the retention of carbon to the soil, increasing productivity and supporting carbon storage. Biodiversity. This method of farming offer pliability to climatic stress and greater resistance to diseases. Plants and animals maximize energy and nutrient preservation for agricultural production. The absence of chemical inputs makes appropriate habitats for wildlife. Practically, it lowers the production costs by more than 25% without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. There are still many advantages of natural agriculture. However, it must always remember that they promote the agro-ecosystem which is fundamental for conservation of nature and agricultural production.
