Our operations in Malaysia commenced in 25 September 1996 under the company banner Agensi Pekerjaan Select Appointments (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Throughout our 13 years of operations in Malaysia we have established a number of specialist brands to service occupational segments and create specialist recruitment businesses. These business specialisations include Business Support, Finance and Accounting, IT, Technical & Engineering, Manufacturing, Retail and Executive Search. Following the merger of Randstad and Vedior in May 2008, our Malaysian operations have been integrated, and rebranded as of the 9 November 2009 to Agensi Pekerjaan Randstad Sdn Bhd; however, we have maintained all of our specialisations under this one brand. Randstad Malaysia provides three core recruitment services; temporary and contractor - management and sourcing, permanent placement, and executive search. Our customer base is divided into 3 main categories 1) MNCs in FCMG, IT, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics; and 2) Banking and Finance; 3) Listed Malaysian and Government-Linked companies (GLCs) In 2009 our aim is to gain greater market share through greater presence and brand awareness under the Randstad brand, to continue to leverage global Randstad client relationships and create innovative and high quality staffing solutions for Malaysia and the Asian region. The concept provides a complete HR process solution from recruitment, selection, introduction, planning and workforce management through to detailed productivity analysis.
