There has been mention of the state following public private partnerships, what is the nature of this partnership throughout the state? Does the state grant subsidies to various agencies? If yes, what are these subsidies offered and to which all agencies? What are the government recommended tourist circuits at state and district level? What are the steps carried out by the government in using tourism as a tool to deal with poverty alleviation or improving social conditions of people? If steps are being carried out, what is the concept behind them and what are they planning to do?

What are the investments being carried out by the government in various schemes and projects especially provision of infrastructure facilities?
